Aviator I remember you warning against such funding. But we can cope with the fall out as things progress over the next few weeks.

On net zero subject . I believe sres have to give 28 days notice in terms of settling the funding agreement that was in place for a period of two years . That two years is end of November. Would be beneficial for PC to disclose to his investors what his intentions are to settle it

One thing is certain P.C.is not in contact with Net Zero about current proceedings with our sites.

Nonsense re TYM wager. The way you talk you'd think you'd do a better job.Deal will come, assets are astounding and nothing else anyone can do apart from wait for deal.It mistake Patrick made here was allowing NetZero.

If no good news in next 7 weeks guys it’s sadly it’s curtains. People need to understand you can’t run a business with no income and overheads. PC surely knows he needs to curb spending. Seeing the share price Pete at this level is the reason for everyone’s frustrations. Tolsa may just wait for us to go into liquidation. We need confidence and that comes from presence at the top. His presence is very much with TYM who are only seeing decline at the minute.

What’s holding the buys off? Surely at this share price people could make a quick buck in the next 7 weeks off this.!!

Done deal for sure Aviator.Tolsa would never let this site slip from full control.Market for sepiolite being controlled by so few.We are at present in negotiations with them.We have a strong hand in this round of negotiations.

I like your confidence Dave. If they exercise the option on due date we can say that share price won’t be affected this year and that we will still be at the low share price at Christmas! Does anybody else think something else may be tied into the Tolsa agreement. E.g pozz?

Barnaby Tolsa are prooving up what they have in tonnage, for future negotiations for sure. They will pay agreed amount on due date. For us it will be better having a full buy out of site,as it will take a few years for them getting into production which is when the 3% comes into play.

Who tells you this Dave? If avaitor is right and something was on the horizon we would see buys? That for me sounds corrupt before news was released. That means just sells doesn’t prove good for us
