03/11/2024 11:57 | I was told news more likely about C.S.site before any news on Tolsa site, discussions continue about both.I think Tolsa will buy site. | irishdave2
03/11/2024 07:59 | For a buy out there would have been buys!!!! | theaviator
03/11/2024 07:04 | That’s if the news is coming. It’s a guessing game at the minute due to no communication. Would we want not pay off the second loan with diatomite money and leave the first loan to day trades now it’s low. I wonder what has happened in CS to not hear any progress in 4 months past June. Tolsa could hold all the cards here for a big buy out. | 1wager
02/11/2024 20:22 | If final payment for Diatomite site is received this month we should make final repayment in cash against first loan. This action would send very positive signal to the market, ahead of other very good news which is about to follow. | irishdave2
01/11/2024 23:35 | Fair comment. We all want this ship to sail. The share price is shocking. Let’s hope the next 7 weeks go well | 1wager
01/11/2024 22:22 | Current position with loans.First loan £45 thousand outstanding.second loan £150 thousand outstanding, second loan no quarterly payments required.Sres can convert for cash with 10% premium.investor can withhold 1/3 of security until maturity date. But investor can convert into shares at any time until maturity date all outstanding loan. | irishdave2
01/11/2024 21:44 | Hmmmmmm decent point fire | theaviator
01/11/2024 21:09 | Wager, I give you stick as one day you’re really positive and then week when you get in with the negative crowd you’re on a big downer. As you don’t want to call pc ( which is understandable as many don’t feel comfortable) you need to read rns properly. Pc said cs hopefully deal done end of qtr 2. Read between the lines he was hopeful. I’ve nothing against you but instead of being good cop or bad, pick one. It’s easy you’re pro or against pc. | barnaby5
01/11/2024 14:15 | Anybody got on thoughts on how net zero first tranche is going to be settled as its due this month . Thanks | fire2480
31/10/2024 21:26 | Barnaby weren’t u giving me stick for calling PC out on his interview in feb? I’ve never called PC anything personally I’ve always just questioned his words which don’t appear to prove truth yet. If PC fails to deliver anything this year then quite frankly I think we all loose. On the other side of the coin I am optimistic something is brewing and after a long painful couple of years PC may deliver and then we all have to eat our hats. Looks like he is leaving SRES to business itself and focussing on TYM which is also in a poor place in terms of share price I’m not one of these investors that picks up the phone to speak to him but if anyone has in the last month we would all like to know a little bit of information …….. | 1wager
31/10/2024 20:31 | I see pc giving a great insight on Tym podcast today. Pity he can’t do a podcast on Sres. I know he has invested loads more than Tym and he so quite here. Odd 🤫 | barnaby5
30/10/2024 08:12 | Hope you’re right Dave but nothing is set in stone on Pioche yet. If it turns out to be viable and what you suggest then Tolsa have a bargain. | 1wager
29/10/2024 21:50 | Dave, Interesting observation. | yasx
29/10/2024 19:29 | Hi Dave, hope we were all looking in the wrong places and finally Sres will come good. Thanks very much for your insight. | barnaby5
28/10/2024 10:14 | Barnaby we have the 3 million ton minimum at Tolsa site, which makes the site viable. It now depends on the lake formation size and depth, which could increase total by 2-3 times minimum. If this is the case it would seem some of us have been concentrating on the wrong site for real value. | irishdave2
27/10/2024 21:18 | Dave you post it’s 3m minimum. If that’s the case what the max figure. If you know min then you know more. Can you elaborate | barnaby5
21/10/2024 13:29 | Actually sounds about right there Dave. Thanks. | theaviator
21/10/2024 12:55 | Aviator 3% royalty.Very hard putting value on this, its according to value of product.Quality is then main point.Overall buyout I would think minimum $4-5 million paid in two or more stages.Provided total tonnage is 3 million minimum, from what I know this is the case. | irishdave2
21/10/2024 11:42 | LOL In all seriousness what revenue from Tolsa pa are you expecting if royalty at 3% Dave? If a straight lump buyout as you suggested then sure could spike beyond but.... | theaviator
21/10/2024 11:26 | Very good assessment aviator, the only point you have wrong is the s.p.it will rise much further. Not many mining exploration companies about who are in our position.low price big news ready very soon. | irishdave2
21/10/2024 10:31 | He did not state what you said. You have misinterpreted. Hoping a deal by end of summer 2024 is not stating a deal is 100% it is hoping. We know Tolsa have until Christmas. The share price will rise regardless closer to that time if no early deal as folk jump in for the news. | theaviator
21/10/2024 09:08 | He did communicate to us in February via stock box and we have heard nothing since. I am holding out on the hope that Tolsa are interested in our pozz 2 and that’s why it’s so quiet. | 1wager
20/10/2024 21:14 | At present we have enough cash until March 25.Tolsa is the most advanced project, which would put us in a better position.P.C.seeme pretty confident about outcome of this deal and I know would be very surprised if not signed off. | irishdave2 |
