Well I can now tell you reason for this consolidation, voting being almost over.It is for tighting up the market,with any good news having greater impact on s.p.it will also then shield against any unwanted approach.Remember warrants issued for P.C.only come into play should Tolsa or pozzolan sites come good or any change in control of company.Same expire 1-1-2024.

Most here are totally blinkered - this company is finished. Consolidation is very likely to happen which will simply set the share price at a level from which it can fall further.

yasX.Is the current scheme dilutive ( no until traded in new form) But could rise.The law in any scheme is that current holders retain value at starting point,what happens after is unknown.Its sad thinking you are no longer a holder,buy back in think of all the fun you will miss 5million and put it against entertainment expenses.Never seen any real ramping on this site,I stated that the share would reach 8 pence each.This scheme could make my prediction 50% easier in obtaining.

No Any equity issuance from here is dilutive.Any proceeds will be for “working capital”.

Tou can leave the blinkers on but as far as sres goes I have been consistently right unlike the rampers brigade. If a deal was on the horizon they would not have made the recent announcement. What has all the money raised previously been spent on? Anything of material benefit to holders? Rhetorical wuestion by the way….

Yasx.Its very simple you issue new class of share,the proceeds of which would be for
development of C.S.and Hazen sites.Giving all shareholders a chance in which they can partake.It would not be beyond the financial minds figuring it all out,so that both current and new class holders retain value at point of change.

At what price do you think equity will be issued - surely if you intend to support any placing above the current price you would be hoovering up the shares in the market right now. Only iin exceptional circumstances does a raise happen at a premium. In this market microcaps are struggling to get interest for placings to keep tge bandwagon rolling. I think you need to consider that even if they could get a placing away at a discount, given the current m/c those funds would not last long nor have a najor long term impact on the fortunes of sres.

Yasx.I have never mentioned any vote of no confidence in board of directors.i have always stated we need proper financing for main sites,without funding we are at a disadvantage and America is a tough nut to crack when it comes finding a way for J.V. Or sale of sites.Look at our last raise with Net Zero,it seems like they have depressed share price By selling.We need longer term finance,which should be provided by shareholders only.Would you or any holders support such a fund raise we would.We all have confidence in the project.

Is there a case for buying the shares? If so, no contributor has advanced it. You will see or some such is not analysis.

But there is a case for anticipating even more downside (and since I first forecast that on here it is down substantially). I form the view that it is probable that there will be a raise and I don’t think any positive developments are on the horizon to offset that.

But what change do you intend to effect? If you were to seek a vote of no confidence in the existing Board, even if you have sufficient support you still need to have a strategy and revised Board to deliver something, none of which you have.

At present we are all in a one way street,sitting on losses.I offered to obtain update on pozzolan site without any response from fellow holders on this site,now some seem keen for news.The only news I can give now is that SRES will not fail.this I stated way back,we will act if required.

Progress!

Yes,all that progress that is shared by readers onn emaiks and secret telegram groups but which the Co. has never announced formally.

Meanwhile, back on planet earth all the indicators seem to be pointing to ac raise in due course, for so I opine. I, since the price was around 0.25p, have been asking the rampers on here to point out the basis for their misplaced optimism. The best they can do is you will see! Chuckle chuckle.

I don’t think the report part of his post is the progress he is talking about.

I think Dave is alluding to other progress he has been told about but unfortunately hasn’t shared with us.
