Dave, pc needs to detach himself from Tym and only concentrate on cs and tosla. The latest rns on rr is shocking that pc is now venturing on another new project at this stage. Don’t get me wrong as rr looks amazing but if he actually got a project finalised then no funding reqd. Pc in my view is doing smoke screens with re to distract us.

I have stated many times that the site is very large tonnage wise,which makes it hard for any buyer putting funds up front,they are able to get pozzolan from other suppliers at current level of demand.I would say our best way forward is a contract with a company on a royalty only basis,at a fixed minimum tonnage per year,with them running site.Or wait until 2025/6 when demand will be much higher as Aviator stated.P.C. knows what the market is at present,hence new man on the job.

A paltry 1.48m shares traded today and a huge spread designed to deter sellers. Writing has been on the wall for a long time here. People have been taken in by overblown optimism. Next share issue, when it comes, will be massive and very possibly it will happen in parallel with a consolidation.

I'm also of course always conscious that Rome wasn't build in a day or year and he did update us with current goings on to be fair but I guess we are all wearing a tad thin on the patience front. While we want any kind of a deal to move the price he wants the best deal possible and tbh we should also really be thinking that way...

All good buddy. 1wager every right to express. He's also a good guy and one of us. I tend to agree with you though but I don't agree with Patrick's timing for this. What PC needs to be v careful about here now is price and he needs to realise that metals won't cut the mustard here or rnss of these sorts. He failed miserably back in the diamond days then barite BUT he has something with P&P and industrials. However he absolutely needs to remain focused. Maybe I'm judging too much without the knowledge but I don't like metal distractions. I'm all for being absolutely up front and level.

All Ryan Long seems to do is repost TYM stuff. The social media pages are liked by the same enterprises on every post. We have gone from 70 followers to 100 in the last few month. I’m interested in CS but would be nice to have cash so we don’t keep diluting

His timing wasn't great with this I agree.. Right before Tosla have to submit or quit lol I didn't think there would be anything untoward about the shares. Mick has the upper hand here with the amount he has though. Mick let's get you on bod or make a bid for the company and we will direct you from here. First up get me every CMRC tel number and find out the best restaurants in town. After Aviator has wined and dined them they never say no.... Am a good laugh too haha Also we will put every other digging project on hold and flog all metals for 100k each. Job lot for 1mil. Let's get this job done haha

1Wager you really shouldn’t make such definitive statements when you don’t know the facts.

Why didn’t we have a contingency plan in place months ago? Well we probably did and this is the result of it. The timing may be purely coincidental or it may have taken a month or so to put into practice.

The directors' interests have not changed since the last disclosure (in fact, no current director has ever sold a single share!) There is a difference between the requirements of an RNS disclosures which refer to the number of shares in which the directors have an "interest" and the number of shares held directly. The RNS disclosure includes shares held directly in the name of the directors but also shares held in indirectly in ISAS, SIPPS (in broker nominee names) and by close family  When it comes to voting the directors can only be certain of being able to vote those shares that are held directly in their names. Many brokers do ask their clients for instructions on voting, but many do not, particularly the low costs execution only brokers.In my case my ISA and SIPP broker will usually vote the shares in my ISA and SIPP on my instruction and I do not anticipate that it will be any different this time around. However, as we rely on third party actions it's not guaranteed and that's why the wording in the RNS/Circular specifically refers to directly held shares.

I’m not going to lie… yesterdas RNS has seriously concerned me. I’m not going anywhere as I want to try claw back some of my investment. But we have been below 0.10 for some time now. Why didn’t we have a contingency plan months ago! The reason is we were banking on the TOLSA Money rolling in! Something has come to light and PC has had to act quick. We can’t continue funding all these other projects… if it is a matter of time (2025) why aren’t we been careful with our spending!!!
