Have been told today that last report on pozzolan,
that we commissioned was just a repeat of a report dated 2022 with updates added.On a better note we now seem to be making progress in the right direction with pozzolan sites.

Of course shareholders have to approve the request - removing the ability to raise funds is for this Co. a potential existential threat down the line.

Have to say I will be voting for the resolution.. Having no back up plan for funding would put us in an unfavourable negotiating position should, for example, Tosla want to buy out some of the 3% royalty..

Colleague of mine spoke to PC yesterday and told me a little so knowing what I do now I fully support the rns and will change my stance and vote positively for the resolutions.

100%agree pistolpete,but prior to meeting we have a window in which we could try force an update, which is well overdue.

It would of course be nice to receive more information regarding these sites - however I don't see how that should affect the vote - end of the day if we don't have ability to raise funds then we can't continue as a going concern, really that simple - it's clearly not a great position to be in however I don't see much choice being available for investors

Should we first ask P.C. For a detailed statement on current position re c.s. and Hazen sites before meeting.If enough are in favour,I will ring him on 13th Nov.this will give us time to consider any statement prior to meeting and vote on 22nd Nov.

If the Co. is unable to raise due to not securing approval for the same, then the next going concern statement won't read well on the assumption that funds will be required.

Holders appear to me to be in a rather precarious position. Co. has made little progress on any front and has no adequate revenue stream to keep things moving - issuing equity id the best option, but, too little too late appears to be the case here, especially in a market that is very unsupportive of backing speculative tiddlers.

Anyway, will return in due course when we get the next announcement from the Co. In the meantime, I will allow the deluded cheerleaders continue to back hope over substance - they already need the shares to multiply several fold to break even, the situation likely to get even worse.

As you know I like the man alot but his timing of rnss is shocking and if he wants this so north bound this isn't the way to go.
