I suppose an argument would be that this is prudent corporate governance.

You don’t sit around on your hands and assume everything is going to be ok and that even the most likely looking deals will happen and not have a backstop.

I think we are deep in the damned if you do and damned if you don’t territory for PC right now.

Yes get that consolidation wouldn't have been well received - and practically speaking this is non-dilutive however the timing certainly raises eyebrows - if PC has confidence that tolsa is going to happen then fair enough - however if there is a view that it's not then ultimately this is the wrong move - I guess we don't have long to find out - the company does seem to be burning through cash at a fair clip given the limited activity we've seen (at least superficially)

No. Consolidation wouldn't be well received. It just allows net zero to continue to invest if we need it. You see that he's said no equity raise needed there Pete.

Although they indicate this is a contingency measure and are not intending to issue shares at this point, it is inevitable that once this is approved a placing will follow.

Aviator and his chums have been stating with certainty from 0.25 all the way doen that this will multiply several fold. Given the news today I suspect by year end they will need a ten bagger to break even. Oh desr

I actually don't mind negative at all Dave if they are really justified. Apart from the damn delay here (which is negative lol) I just don't see that anything has changed for the worse that's all.In fact I usually read negative posts first on any board lol ;)

Averaged down again late Friday. My buy has not been recognised yet!? Hopefully share price changing news soon. TYM are updating constantly but I would say we are in a much more advanced position in terms of the stage of a few projects.

Yasx.If aviator is promoting sres he’s not having much success.In fact he stated it might be 2025 before a conclusion is reached with C.S. Site.He has always had strong views against negative posts,like most who hold stock.Myself I have always been of the opinion,that those who hold will not regret doing so.Multiple increase in value will be achieved.I know that P.C. Believes his work is complete re C.S. and Hazen sites, hence the new member of staff,who in now charged with finalising terms for these two projects,this will become more evident in the near future. He’s back doing what he likes best finding sites and checking old data for clues.

Also buy the markets when they are at Apogee and sell at Perigee leveraged to the maximum, but heyho you know best little boy! I think you were perhaps weaned when the Moon was in Aquarius. The only thing you have proved is that:

a) you have no idea what you are doing and should buy a index tracker to reduce your losses and

b) given your style of writing you ought to take up Sunak’s initiative of basic writing skills for teenagers.
