See yasx selling again 20198 shares at a time,not enough for any impact on price.

So he intends to impede the ability of the Co. to issue shares by voting against - great idea that, since eventually the Co. will simply announce (for so I opine) that they will have insufficient funds to operate as a going concern.

The Co. may have stated there is no need at this time to issue equity - but having the facility in place enables them to do just that in the months ahead.

I’ve no idea. Look at June rns. Pc has 256m , roger nearly 90m and other director 20m . Maybe I’ve missed an rns. Will keep looking

The idea that the deal will be concluded is remote at best - there will be a placing, of that I am virtually certain. In the context of the current market, getting one away is extremely difficult, even at a substantial discount to the prevailing price. If they were to raise at 50pc of the existing price that would be a stellar result.

My eventual projected price of nil pence remains. It will get there, just a matter of time.

This is it exactly Loot. Sorry to hear about your deal though, hopefully all is well with you. Also please give my regards to Jon when you speak with him.You're taking the practical approach as is PC it would appear. Business can be hard and Dave is absolutely correct I did state re 2025. Of course I sincerely hope we have something much sooner. Remember the product expense and demand will also increase considerably as per industry information so the more "time ticks" an all that... would be a prudent business decision to strike when they can get better value. All imho

Communications may be very positive but until a deal is done you can’t rely on it. I had a deal go away last week that I was certain was coming in and then things changed and it went away.

Obviously all deals are different but you can’t sit there and not plan for all contingencies.

It’s totally possible that PC is very confident of the Tosla deal but needs to put things in place to allow the company to move forward if it doesn’t happen.

You think a MD of a company sits on his hands and does nothing just assuming that commercial negotiations are going to be ok and that the market will react in a certain way to that deal?

The deal deadline is 6 weeks away and there is no doubt they are talking about the sample results at present. I will eat my hat if he has done this and still pulls it off. This is just my opinion and the last RNS on the project sounded positive. The key word is commercial quality. I fear this word may have caught me out twice in my share history. Once before with oil!

This move will have a much more profound impact on share price When Tolsa deal is confirmed,also it lets other parties know we can still raise funds.In the markets of today P.C. cannot get direct contact with his shareholders like years ago.I would still like him To try fund raise via shareholders for main project in the future.
