At the same time 1,170,000,000 warrants with a two-year expiry and an exercise price of 0.225p have also been granted in conjunction with the Placing and the Director Placing. The Placing, Director Placing and issue of warrants is subject to the passing of the resolutions to be put to the General Meeting on 21 February 2017 (the "General Meeting") which was announced on 6 February 2017.

Just under 6 BILLION shares in issue and around 2 BILLION warrants if memory serves me correctly.

I have only one small problem with Strat Aero: apart from a couple of specialist survey drones at Geocurve - they have no equipment. Apart from a couple of drone operators listed on Geocurve's website - they have no other drone pilots, and now no training facilities. What possible contract could they undertake? It is no mystery why they only have one contract - there is no infrastructure. It's like an airline with no planes, destinations or crews. Just a shell company. But Cudmore is the man -he tells us that news is a-coming soon! We'll hope it's good news!

Yes our friend Cudmore is such a benevolent soul, trying to plug the share so that others have the opportunity to lose their hard earned as the next placing hits and the stock is diluted further.

It must be a good company, early 6 BILLION shareholders can't be wrong, surely?
