Exactly, and they have a good record for issuing billions of new shares!


And there are also billions of warrants as well, around the 0.2p mark, so not likely to be exercised in the near future, but if the price ever does go back over that point then they would do, so I believe fully diluted is around the 7 billion share mark already.


I suspect they are getting prepared for yet anther financing.

Trouble is the nominal value is 0.01p so there is plenty of room for further shares to be issued.

People are being negative and cynical because this isn't proper news, without more detail nobody knows the potential impact for AERO.


It looks deliberately vague for the reasons posted above, a placing may well be needed soon, so they're looking to get the price up prior to that.


I wonder how the placees that participated at .2 and .1 just over a year ago feel about yet another placing coming?
