Hopefully an RNS is on the way but no rise will be sustained whilst warrants are being dumped. This is why unless they announce a takeover everybody heads for the exit on any rise no matter how small.

1 billion warrants were issue at 0.035p at the last placing in December 2017. They have an expiry date of six months until they are gone nothing will happen with share price.

This company was recently close to the end.
I have only invested since the last placing, fortunately.
It is frustrating to see this forward selling of warrants.
What I would say is they are being exercised at 0.035 pence,
which is not far below where we are currently.
(Given it is a bombed out, low market cap Aim Share).
The plus is that money is accruing to the Company.
I know it is further dilution and there is always the danger of yet
another Placing.
The last announcement suggests any further fundraising is not on
the cards until the end of this year.
High risk, potential high reward and time will tell.

AndyThe warrants are priced at 0.035p. See RNS 19/01/2018. Looking back through previous updates it's impossible to tell how many of the bacillus exist. But along with forward placing shares this is how even companies that appear to be on the way up destroy PIs.

I believe the warrants are at a higher price than this, but not checked, what are the lowest price warrants you are aware of?


And warrant conversions need to be RNS'd as they change the number of shares in issue.

Everytime there is a buy sells come out. These are warrants being exercised and forward placing shares. No matter what operational progress the company makes these shares are untouchable until this cancerous process ceases.

Yes, and with over 5 BILLION pieces of shrapnel already, and more potentially on the way, if warrants ever get converted, or in the next placing, which I believe will happen sooner or later.
