They tell me a placing is imminent - not to "keep the lights on" as in all the previous ones (of course not!) - but to enable investment in another enterprise. It's beginning to look as if SA was bought as an investment tool - expect name change shortly.

Yes, but ADVN don't seem to realise yet, so the chart looks impressive!

MArket cap £71 million?

Presumably they have consolidated?

20:1 I presume?

edit

Ok just read the RNS, 20:1 it is then.

ADVFN need to adjust the market cap, £71 million would be a shorter's dream!

Like buying a related party company? Honesty at its finest there. In my opinion of course. Allegedly. I surmise. Possibly.

As acityboy states this is a very different company,
Drones are now only a small part of the business.
After Mondays consolidation I do not rule out a further
fund raising in the near future.
However I suspect we may have positive newsflow before
any fund raising is announced.
There are many here who have lost a packet on the old company
and have seen previous reinventions which have come to nothing.
I have only been around this year and have only seen positive
steps by the new directors to clean up the mess.
Time will tell if my optimism is justified.

I agree, and drones will be used increasingly in industry, IMO.

Sadly I doubt a drone company is worthwhile being listed as a public company, with the first £300,000 profit going in listing and legal fees etc.

Not that AERO actually make a profit of course!

"Jezabel" writes on LSE: Remember those Halcyon days, when the skies were about to be darkened by the clouds of Strat Aero drones covering the UK skies? They were going to deliver parcels, medicines, milk, the post - everything! I think the time has come to accept that it's just not going to happen and that the company has been taken over as a technology investment vehicle, avoiding all start up costs by buying up an otherwise defunct outfit. To that effect, I am sure we can expect fund raising after consolidation, coupled with a company name change to reflect its new business model and prospects. Shame about the drones - they had a futuristic attraction to them.

turbo,

Can you find the news release where they were?

Look at the exercise price, .225p, when was the price last that high?

and to exercise normally there should be a tasty profit first, so doubtful under 3p, and when was the price last at that level?

Have they? They have? I'm confused? Am I? I'm sure I am?
