only in a good way Stobart logisstics is held by Stobart as an investment any flotation will crystaliase a profit in that investment but wont affect your Stobart ahares directly.

The Board of Stobart Group Limited, has been informed by the directors and controlling shareholder of Greenwhitestar UK plc, the holding company of the Eddie Stobart Logistics business in which the Group holds a 49% economic interest, that the Company intends to seek admission to trading on AIM.

This has been a tough resistance level, maybe about time it was broken through?

Just noticed advfn figures for Stobart dividend and yield are out of date and don't yet reflect the doubling to 12p annually. Making current yield 6.25%, reason enough for the shares to be rated higher.

Quarterly Dividend

We reported in the AGM statement in June an expectation to pay a quarterly dividend commencing in October 2016. A dividend of 3.0p per share was paid on 7 October 2016 and the Board has now declared a further interim dividend of 3.0p per share which will be paid on 20 January 2017 to shareholders on the register as at 23 December 2016. Subject to Board approval, further quarterly dividend payments of 3.0p per share will be made on 7 April 2017 and 7 July 2017.
