Well Robdance1 Mudbath and I have knocked the door down for you.

You need to contact AJ Bell on Tues requesting immediate payment. They will have had it 8 days come Tues. No excuse at all. If that fails then EM the Registrar. The brokers will give you the EM address. I would think Bell's would not want them involved. Good luck.

Well it just goes to show you if your cause is just you get there in the end.

I have been bombarding the Accountants dealing with the buyback and the Registrars nonstop for 2 days.
They agreed with me that the brokers received the money last Mon and had no reason not to pay the shareholders. Around 3pm this pm a director of the 'Registrar' company phoned my brokers and low and behold an hour later the money is in my account.

So if you are waiting for it , go check you should have a nice surprise.

If there is anybody else out there apart from Mudbath and myself waiting for payment from their broker then please get on to them.

I have had a reply from the Registrar this am stating 'there is no reason for payment to be withheld.

All that the brokers require to enable our accounts to be credited is :-

"A confirmed pay date for the liquidation proceeds."

As yet no one seems prepared to address this omission.

Well I can tell you Dynoport there is a wholesale argument going on with the accountants - registrars V the brokers. Its about procedure. The accountants say the procedure is correct. The Brokers say 'not'. In fact my brokers refused to speak to them. As the ones who are gaining here are the broker's [free money since Mon or Tues } it looks like foot dragging.

The shares I held in certificate form have been paid , but the ones held in nominee were not recognised in my bestinvest sipp since the delist. I am chasing them since they do not seem to know anything!

The whole thing stinks of foot dragging. The lady dealing with the 'Stilo' money at the accountants was somewhat taken aback at my EM. She replied to me in under 5 mins of me sending it. Was definitely concerned and came back to me saying she had tracked it from when they released it last Thur to the Registrar, onwards to the brokers last Mon. So the brokers are not rushing to pay us.

My broker has told me that payment will clear into my account in the next 24 to 48 hours. Regretfully this is the way things work and the speed or the lack of it is somewhat frustrating and annoying.

Hope this helps as your not the only one in the same boat.

I have contacted the 'Accountants' dealing with the repayments. The money was handed over by them to the 'registrar' last Thu. They in turn paid the 'Nominees' last Mon.

So why on Wed pm has it not reached my account???

Has anybody been paid via their broker????

Payment should be made tomorrow.

Least Ashman's son has not had his way. They have not made any deductions from the initial distribution of 2.5p.

Payment was made to Nevills Registrar last week Thursday.

Tomorrow Nevills will make payment to us and they will tell us how they are going to make that payment, by cheque or other method.

Different methods of payment will be in place depending on how you held your shares in Stilo.

Regardless, payment date is tomorrow in any event.

A very good possibility Ashmans son will now claim that money is owed to him and the phoney company that he set up to do some phoney work for Stilo.....monies are now due and they have to come out of the small, miniscule pot that is left over.

Ah well.......no doubt all ex shareholders are going to do what they do best.......roll over and accept it.

Mud believe it or not I am due a tremendously massive and significant payment but regretfully management did their utmost to wreck the company in order to look after their own interests. I like anybody else will be delighted with my payment. No thanks to them clowns though. If they could they would have kept every penny.
