The miracle has already happened Firth!

Least they were able to get a competitor to buy the remnants of Authorbridge otherwise they would have had to bin that one too.

Least they can use the money and put it down as revenue in the year end results....also known as TWISTED LOGIC!

Your right again Shrewdie!

Authorbridge wasn't really that important but funny that their annual report, after annual report after annual report mentioned how this so called product was going to be their winner....then they flogged it to a competitor (ha ha, ha!)

Management put all their eggs in one basket and now all the eggs are broken they only have 2 baskets left.... Omnimark and Migrate..(ha, ha, ha!)

The development of AuthorBridge was to a large extent funded by retrospective tax credits, with the balance subsequently written off; meaning that (a)your costings are incorrect and(b) Stilo will be quite within their rights regarding any allocation of the AuthorBridge net sale proceeds.

So they wanted to delist in the UK because of costs in order to relist in Canada because over there it is free!

Now that certainly sounds like EXTREMELY AND COMPLETELY TWISTED AND CONTORTED LOGIC.......and just a little laughable (ha!)

Will certainly be TWISTED LOGIC when management finally puts the knife in the rest of the shareholders backs and hold them to the very same ransom as they did with Brewins and those poor little shareholders who were told that they WOULD only receive 1 penny a share........so so so laughable Shrrwdie! (Ha, ha, ha)

So, so, so TWISTED LOGIC Shrewdie when management was developing Authorbridge and spending £1.5 million on it over 7 years to then flog it to a competitor......so, so, so laughable (ha, ha, ha, ha ha!)

I bet the competitor shook them by the hand and said, "Nice doing business with you. We will see if we can do anything with it!".......so so so laughable!

Absolutely Shrewdie!

So, so, so, so, so laughable (ha, ha, ha!)

I said that the market was tiny..(ha, ha, ha!)

I said no dividends (ha, ha, ha!)

I said no revenues (ha, ha, ha!)

I said Authorbridge was pathetic with no customers ( ha, ha, ha!)

So they flogged Authorbtidge to a competitor because it had customers and was making money (ha, ha, ha!)

Around £1 to £1.5 million revenues after 30 years (ha, ha, ha!

So now they are going to list on the exchange in Canada? (Ha, ha, ha!)

Ashman and his sons are going to lock up shop and eat their cake? (Ha, ha, ha!

So, so, so, so laughable!

All good fun then;yet your proposed scenario is so wide of the mark that it is laughable.

Keep it coming though, for I do enjoy trying to understand your twisted logic.

If they are to have their cake and eat it then other stakeholders will also benefit.

One cannot on the one hand assert that STL is only fit to close its doors, yet in the same breath claim that there is significant value set to accrue to DA and his sons.

Which is it Wonder Woman?

Of course, our "pathetic resident professional market expert" continues to spout off misleading information because as a "shrewdie" he has to do anything in order to make his millions and millions of pounds at whatever cost.

So now he is back to the very old, 30 year old recruitment drive and growing market scenario.

I don't think their ever has been a period in the last 30 years where Canadian innovator Stilo International hasn't seen a growing market whilst recruiting staff in order to replace a positions that have been left vacant.

Oooops....just for the record yet again, they have only been employing around 15 to 18 people for the last 20 years or so.

Oooops....just for the record again, yet again, when you have been stuck at £1 million to £1.5 million revenues for 30 years plus, the market is static or in reverse and not growing, no matter what kind of sales and initiatives Canadian innovator Stilo International takes.

Locking up shop and rewarding the family whilst claiming government benefits and flogging Authorbridge to a competitor is very interesting.

Sales growth have been at only around £1 million to £1.5 million for the last 30 years.

No doubt they will claim spectacular growth by flogging Authorbridge at a spectacular loss after spending around £1.5 million on it.

I wonder when they found out that nobody wanted it?

I wonder when they found out that they were left with no choice but to flog it to a competitor for a fraction of what they spent on it?

I wonder when they found out that they had scored yet another spectacular own goal?

I wonder when they are going to finally pull the mat from everybody's feet?

Must be very, very, very exciting for Canadian innovator Stilo International to flog the Authorbridge product for probably a few hundred thousand if they were lucky and then to contort the year end figures by claiming they had an excellent year.

Bottom line, they have no other choice but to flog the business to David Ashman's contacts, sons, family and friends who have been waiting to line their pockets for some time.

In order to do this they have had to do the following so far:

1. Delist.
2. Get rid of Brewing.
3. Grind the little holders out by giving them a spectacular penny a share.
4. Offload Authorbridge and stick the sale on the accounts to make it look like they are a successful and prosperous outfit.

The final nail in the coffin by Canadian innovator Stilo International soon to come when they announce spectacular, misleading accounts.

Only a matter of time before shop is locked up and opened back up by David Ashman's sons.

Exciting and interesting times ahead my foot.

An intelligent 12 year old knows how this scam works.

No products left!
Revenues in free fall!
Dividends axed!
Shop to lock up soon!

Canadian Innovator Stilo International only has one intention!

Rewarding the family and looking after their sons!

Following today's announcement of the "exciting acquisition by IXIASOFT" of AuthorBridge, will Canadian Innovator,Stilo International, seek to divest the remainder of its IP and return cash to its investors or will a premium set of accounts for 2020 reignite those Canadian listing considerations?

A combination of the two will be most acceptable !!
