11/3/2022 17:44 | Stilo International Limited for the year ended 31 December 2021/2 CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT Having assumed a modest profit in the 2021 business plan, our expectations were exceeded as we posted a profit before tax of £235,000 for the period. An anticipated reduction in OmniMark software licence sales was offset by a strong performance in the sales of Migrate software and associated conversion services. This was particularly pleasing given the uncertain economic background of the pandemic. Our Ottawa offices were vacated during September 2021 and all employees now work remotely, with associated savings in office overheads. This transition has been well managed and with recent additions to the management team we are making good progress in improving the overall management of Ottawa operations. Following the divestment of AuthorBridge in 2020, we have been able to have a much improved development focus on Migrate and associated conversion-related software. An initial version of Analyzer was released in November 2021 and we expect to have a more comprehensive release of Analyzer 2.0 later in 2022. Given the positive trading results and strong year end cash position, the Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 0.25 pence per share, which is expected to be paid in March 2022. | mudbath
19/2/2022 11:46 | That might be true under the old regime. In 2022 and beyond though, Stilo becomes a more dynamic Tipper/Klein show. Will they then cut ties with that "old regime" alongside closing the UK office ? [...] | mudbath
15/2/2022 14:49 | Lol. If there were any new additional partners then I would understand that revenues could grow but even then they would grow slowly but in the absence of any new partners I just do not see how revenues would grow significantly. I think revenues now stand a chance of growing because they are already very low but not because of any new partners but from existing ones. Office in Canada closed and revenues low should certainly help. | stilolosses
15/2/2022 14:27 | My My ,I hope you are right Mudbath. Apart from me I can think of another 3 people who will be echoing my sentiment. , | firth
15/2/2022 14:16 | Nice to see a post here Mud. Hope you are well. I am not aware of any new partners apart from the ones that have been around for numerous years. In all honesty, I have not noticed any new partners that they have added for about 5 years now. Would be lovely to see those revenues go up, especially with them stagnating and going backwards, regretfully, for a number of years. Unfortunately the same old story about "could". One thing for sure, with them closing the office in Canada, hopefully this will save them a few dollars which should help the bottom line. If revenues do grow I do think they will do so on a very incremental basis. Would love to be as optimistic as yourself but taking a realistic view on Stilo's history, products, customer base and partners, I think it will, like always, be slow and painful. | stilolosses
15/2/2022 13:46 | I am very much looking forward to the release of Stilo's 2021 results next month and hoping that a decent dividend will be payable. If the growing list of notable partners can be taken as a guide, then revenues could well be moving significantly upwards. | mudbath
15/5/2021 22:47 | Goo luck. I wouldn’t touch it at that price. The time to buy was 6p, not 30 p. | escapetohome
15/5/2021 22:19 | I understand Mud. You just can't say but looks like an upward trajectory. It really has excellent potential. Mind boggling investees which Term own. Look at Twitter's value yet I don't think it makes a profit. | stilolosses
15/5/2021 21:46 | Excellent news StiloLosses, for TERN is the ultimate "blue sky" stock. The share price might ease a touch on Monday. On the other hand it might continue with its stellar upward trajectory.(my preferred option) | mudbath
14/5/2021 08:57 | Well thank you for that StiloLosses. We certainly enjoyed much banter over the years. All the best. | mudbath
13/5/2021 22:37 | Well, well, well Mud! I am more than happy to wish you the very best in your investment with Term which has turned out to be a wonderful one. I know we have often been down each others throats over the years in relation to Stilo but even I have to take time out to congratulate you when it comes to Tern. Well done indeed! | stilolosses
13/5/2021 16:50 | TERN...Price today..........May 13th 2021 = 20.500 GBX 1-Year Forecast * ▲1506.770 GBX 5-Year Forecast * ▲6699.330 GBX ==================== (mudbath - 24 Dec 2017 - 09:15:39 - 2098 of 3565 CLOUDS WITH A STILO LINING - STL How about TERN? Currently trading at 2p (BUT DON'T HANG ABOUT) for a m/c of £2million about which KiwiMonk had this to say yesterday. "The Penny Will Drop Imminently Here. And You won't see Double Figures For Dust. In a couple of years time, DA will be making PBT of $22m or $17.6 net per annum. A low 30 P/E for a hyper growth stock would give it a market value of $528m AS Profit rises. so too will the Mk Cap. A unicorn in the making, yes. I prefer "A unicorn almost established" No reason why TERN's share price won't be re-rated to a minimum of £220m mk cap. That's near enough 100 times today's price. That excludes INVMA and Wyld and Flexi. I think that's a compelling case for investment. DYOR KM" So much then to look forward to in 2018. May it prove a happy and prosperous year for all.)
