19/1/2021 08:12 | All they have now is revenues for Omnimark and Migrate at around a £1 million. Fantastic! | stilolosses
19/1/2021 08:08 | Not interesting at all. Like I have always said. Stilo have been very, very, very good at making products that nobody wanted and have normally had to throw them away. With Authorbrdge, after spending about 7 years and around £1 million to £1.5 million to develop it, they then discovered, yet again, like always, nobody wanted it, and it looks like they have now sold it to a competitor. No doubt they would have received a fraction for what they spent on it and will now include it as fantastic revenue. So they now have one less product yet again that nobody wanted and have had to flog it to a competitor lol. Just a case of when they close down now altogether and reward the family. | stilolosses
19/1/2021 07:58 | Interesting. | michaelmouse
15/1/2021 21:41 | Hi clocktower and, btw, welcome to the TERN thread. It could be,and so far has been, great fun over there. I cannot envisage being on the wrong side with Stilo but only time will tell. Stilo Losses has not provided much input here since the pubs were locked down. Well done on the improvement at CRU. | mudbath
15/1/2021 15:35 | If SL is correct and your wrong mudbath, at least you can well afford to take the hit. :-) | clocktower
11/1/2021 15:09 | Long enough for my millions of Stilo shares to yield a serious profit SL. | mudbath
11/1/2021 09:29 | Only 88 or something shareholders left. How many more are they going to rip off and exactly when are they going to reward their sons and grandsons? Locking up shop has to be the only way management are going to reward themselves. How many more lies. Growing market! Super products! Amazing customers! Great revenues! Brilliant profits! Amazing developments! Dividend payer! Niche market! What a load of rubbish! How long are they going to be able to carry on? | stilolosses
10/1/2021 21:23 | I was lucky in that my holding was divisible by exactly 15000. That's a 14,999-1 shot. Just Go For It in Hereford's 15.20 race should win for me then for its only 20's! | mudbath
09/1/2021 17:23 | Had cheque for £50 this morning. | mam fach
09/1/2021 09:10 | Cheque for the balance arrived this morning, new share certificate "will follow shortly" | dynoport
08/1/2021 18:02 | Cheque! for how much? If you was one of the unfortunate ones to hold say 15000 shares, for that it would be a whopping £150! The sooner they lock up shop and throw away the key the better! Fantastic developments and great products that nobody ever wanted. How long before management screw everybody else up! | stilolosses
08/1/2021 12:55 | Anybody had a cheque or new share certificate yet? | dynoport
08/12/2020 23:48 | What further developments are you referring to Mudbath lol! Stilo Developments International have been making such fantastic progress over the last 30 years plus with their world leading, disruptive technology. No matter what they ever do with their world leading disruptive technology the facts remain that their revenues will remain identical to that of a chain of fish and chip shops that a close friend of mine operates. In fact, my friend actually generates more revenue and profits with his fish and chip shops than Stilo International has been able to achieve after plus 30 years of trading. I am sure you will help Stilo International spearhead it's so called future developments with ground breaking reversal of revenues of some £1 million plus. Decade after decade of developments with world leading disruptive technology? Are those the type of developmens that you are referring to? | stilolosses
08/12/2020 18:45 | Thanks for the reply Mudbath. | firth2
08/12/2020 17:31 | Under 15,000 actually firth2,which means that you can relax whilst awaiting further developments. . | mudbath
08/12/2020 11:45 | Mudbath thanks for the posts. Have I got this right that the compulsory buying at 1p a share is for holders of under 30,000 ?? If 'yes' then me and my family members will not be effected ?[ ie forced to sell] | firth2
07/12/2020 23:21 | A total disaster of an investment. One i dont waste a lot of time on. Move on in life, dont get bogged down is my motto. Suck it stilo. | escapetohome
05/12/2020 19:06 | I feel very sorry for those who are due to be disenfranchised on a below value basis. The BoD actions will of course benefit residual holders. It will be very interesting to see how this plays out over the coming 12 months or so. | mudbath
05/12/2020 18:39 | Stilo- a total disaster for all but a few shareholders!! Wish I had passed it by (buy!!) | smcl
05/12/2020 16:39 | So called pathetic professional market experts who thought they knew it all. Also, dividends! Don't think so. Take grants from Canada then pay dividends. Course, that will go down very nicely. Tesco and Asda supermarkets ring a bell. Then again, Stilo can't be compared to Tesco or Asda. Maybe they are doing so well that they will return the grants back in order to pay some paltry dividends. I don't think so! | stilolosses
05/12/2020 15:30 | In retrospect, smci,STL have indeed achieved little barring staying afloat. I am hoping that by changing to being a Canadian company, they will be able to make further progress in N.America. More likely though that they will soon be swallowed up by Componize,or similar. Cash + $10 million for the tech ? | mudbath
05/12/2020 14:15 | Sensible move- !! Terrible company with a long history of sweet FA in terms of achievement. In this so long will now be glad to be gone as left just 10000. Originally had an awful lot more! | smcl
05/12/2020 13:13 | Yes that's correct. Larger shareholders will also receive fractional payments if their shareholdings are not exactly divisible by 15000 e.g. a shareholder with say 50,000 shares will retain 45000 shares in the company and receive a cheque for £50 (5000/15000)x £150. It's a very sensible move to consolidate the share register and will leave just 88 shareholders. It'll save a significant amount of cash in admin costs and ultimately leave them with more distributable reserves to pay out to shareholders in future dividend payments. | michaelmouse |
