A very quiet day here. Lets see what tmw brings as this has happened before and then the seller has popped up again !

Given that Neon holds less that 3% of shares, I believe it is not required to report any changes unless it goes back to 3%, or more. Please to see that only a modest volume of shares traded this morning has given rise to tick up in the sp,

We know who the seller is. Given the strong 2018 results and the strong update for H1 2019, one can only conclude, that Neon had to sell to raise money for whatever reason, which was nothing to do with the performance of STCM. The global markets are in a significant quandary over the trade war between the US and China, the spat between Japan and S.Korea, riots in Hong Kong and perhaps even the virtual certainty of the UK leaving the EU without a deal, which will hurt the latter even more than the UK. It was not that long ago when the share price was sitting at 18p and recently peaked at 46p. Fortunately, Kaz is somewhat insulated fro the global worries. So you either need to sit it out, or sell.

28/29 - looks as if a few flippers have played into the MM's hands...

still no holding rns re buyers of Neon's stock....(which I assumed has now all gone, although with CFEP returning to the offer, maybe not??)

Given the data posted by Celeritas, demand for cement in Kaz has to be on the rise, with STCM the most likely to increase its market share.

Given that there has been no further disposal of a large amount of shares since Neon's 750k and there has been no sizeable sale of shares this week, I agree with user2007

I have just read the Introduction on the Website, which includes the latest technical developments in its production and automated packaging and loading them on its rail hopper wagons. All of which lends support to the claim by the company of being the most efficient cement producer in Kaz. With the 330 hoppers having been bought in 2014, they must be nearing to have paid for themselves.

I think they are PIs. 20k is around 6k pounds and that is not a huge amount even for a PI.To me it looks like the main seller is gone and now the 10% brigade who bought during the 28p period is selling. Many PIs bought and topped up during the 28p period and have no spare funds available or don't want to be overexposed. So let's give it a few weeks combined with a positive update and we are at ...... I'd like to knowThat's my take on it. But what do I know ... ?

Sellers dont seem like pi's to me. Trades still too big. Until we get rid of the overhang this will not move up. I thought the other day that we might be done , but seems not. I wont try and second guess until we get an RNS

Given the HI update and the results are just 7 weeks away, sellers will rue the day.

Big question is why the persistent selling when based on info from Steppe all looks so good. The share looks a stonking bargain based on that, and the incredible dividend yield. I hold but can’t fathom why there is this persistent selling and hope it isn’t because it is indeed incredible and insiders know what the rest of us don’t! That seems unlikely ....we hope.

this is plain silly. Buys far outweighing sells and yet we are down again. Perhaps some large sells have already gone through and not yet reported
