29/8/2019 20:27 | Jeanesy .... it needs a seller to be here else it simply would not be priced like this. Suggest you forget about the actions of the seller and concentrate on reasons for buying. If it is SEB .. they are clearly stating in their weekly email to investors that they are trimming their positions across the piste as the house view is to put some funds in the kitty at this juncture. If the house view of the fund is to trim 10%, it will indiscriminately do so, without regard for individual stock attributes or merits. This is absurdly cheap & if you believe same then simply buy the damn thing and be thankful there is a seller about ..... sure as eggs is eBS, if you do not do so, in a year or so you;ll be whining that you wish you had bought more when out was offered at over 10% yield.I freely admit this is likely perceived as a 'boring' business and does not seem to have hugely ambitious expansion plans but, 'boring' is often wise & since management intend to deploy most of the free cashflow to shareholders in the form of dividend, why be so obsessed with wishing the equity price to keep going up? I'd rather it stayed at 10%+ yield for years ahead and we are there able to reinvest divi for Moore stock in it each year ... over time that will give you a far more satisfactory return then some volatile AIM punt ever will. | mattjos
29/8/2019 20:01 | I see our seller has managed to offload 100k in to the rise. | jeanesy
29/8/2019 16:51 | Yes stock available as I picked up 15k at 32.68 this afternoon, just kicking myself after hesitating at 29.00 this morning. | dvwrd
29/8/2019 16:00 | cheeky run up to the close coming? clearly some stock available from somewhere - 25k possible at 32.85p currently as the buys/sells today look to chow a intraday shortabe | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 13:15 | £68mln mkt cap now...add t/o premium of say 30%..£88mln or 42p a share...current dividend and you've paid yourself back in around 10 years :) | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 13:08 | maybe the disparity between assets/Co value and mkt valuation has drawn the attention of a 3rd party? appreciate the volume is low, but compared to average it is high and the MM's haven't exactly been encouraging buys...limits v tight | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 13:07 | something going on behind the scenes...can;t just be a few on here buying 10/20k driving this since just before lunch?? | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:48 | going to move again...no quote for 10k at 32p | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:48 | Nice to see positive move up! | sh0wmethemoney
29/8/2019 12:46 | depends where they are cash wise, but a 2p interim would ignite the share price too...proper win-win :) | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:40 | 3% and 12% divs for Int and final divs respectively, is too greater an imbalance, 5% and 10% would make the shares a very attractive buy for buyers seeking a regular income. That said, a lower div in both cases, but a higher share price would be equally attractive. A win, win situation. | azalea
29/8/2019 12:36 | MM's not got much on offer...10k max at 32p | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:35 | King Suarez Joining you for the experience and the ride upwards. | klosters65
29/8/2019 12:27 | Took another 7.5k myself just now, had to pay 30.95, but still a bargain. | king suarez
29/8/2019 12:18 | Looks like 3% yield just on what i believe will shortly prove to be their maiden interim dividend & 15%+ on the total year dividend. Cant ignore that. Rest of the world may be happy with a negative yield on their investments … I certainly am not. 5% in current times is terrific. Over 10% is frankly incredible. Have looked at this for best part of 10 years & they have never been in as strong a position as they are now. Why let the 4 main shareholders pick up all the cash from this business, unchallenged? | mattjos
29/8/2019 12:18 | Bid for 14k+, @ 28.8p. The 50k sell yesterday, has been snapped up by buyers this morning. | azalea
29/8/2019 12:13 | well done Matt :) Nice to see it finally moving on a few pi size transactions. Unless lurking at a higher bid price our seller finally maybe cleared | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:10 | managed to get another 20k here today under 30p. It's far too cheap given the yield going forward, let alone the plain under valuation against the assets so, have locked them away in my ISA for the long haul | mattjos
29/8/2019 12:08 | still no quote for 10k at 30p | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 12:02 | bit of a stock shortage - 10k not available online | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 11:59 | Once borrowings are eliminated and the 300 rail wagons bought in 2014 become a net earner and cash continues to rise, something will have to give, failing which, if the share price does move up to reflect its value, the company will be a sitting duck for a takeover. The holder of 29.1% being the king maker in any approach. | azalea
29/8/2019 11:52 | SB,I could have sold but I would not take the chance because we don't know when the news may land. The share price was way overbought but hey- ho, such is life. ATB. | callmebwana
29/8/2019 11:51 | online offer moving up on a few buys, think this will be one where a rising share price will attract more interest...not many willing to buy into a static sp | sportbilly1976
29/8/2019 11:34 | bwana, I was away last week...still retained my full holding, despite thinking I could/should offload a few in the 170's! Hey-ho...never am at the screen attentive enough to trade the moves Hoping there could be a bit of corporate activity here soon giving the apparent disparity of valuation and Company progress/results | sportbilly1976
28/8/2019 20:01 | We've had at least one fund selling out recently (for reasons unknown) which drove the share price down from 43p to 24p. Now back to 28p. Hasn't been much volume in the last few weeks, but agree the share price hasn't really responded to any buying yet. I just think the results can't be ignored indefinitely here.. | king suarez |
