05/4/2024 08:01 | All this time and this is the best they could up with? Share price decimated and now a derisory offer to boot. Very disappointing. | fozzie
05/4/2024 07:46 | 1st Qtr results state, sales down, significant loss of market share, increased costs and lower margins again. The size of the market is also predicted to decline in 2024 Not sure they are making any money to distribute anymore, can't be bothered to work it out, have lost interest | return_of_the_apeman
05/4/2024 07:43 | I think they will make up in the later part of the year with 25 % increase in clinker inventory. additionally they had made some changes to line 6 giving them ability to increase clinker production at reduced power requirements. Thay have found a way to return some money which augurs well. My initial reaction is to buy with 6 month target of double the price. | bubloo
05/4/2024 07:21 | Guided 2-3p and said they had set the money aside but now only returning 1.5p. Futures looking weak and then this specific to the company today. Not sure the market will like this. | gary1966
05/4/2024 07:21 | And why only 1.5p? The reduction in capital is fairly small, they could have done more. | zangdook
05/4/2024 07:17 | I don't think it answers anything really. Is this a stopgap measure while they sort out the corporate structure? How is that going? Will they return to regular dividends in future? | zangdook
05/4/2024 07:13 | At last. Thank goodness for that. | plasybryn
04/4/2024 20:17 | Have to say another rns saying ‘we are working to find a way to distribute the dividend blah blah blah’…ju | dodger777
04/4/2024 17:01 | The rns is just likely to be the normal Market update for the quarter ended 31 March surely? | return_of_the_apeman
04/4/2024 16:22 | Anything after 8 April is fine by me. | zangdook
04/4/2024 10:41 | expect an RNS on 150424 | wilo101
04/4/2024 10:33 | The BOD are really taking the Mickey now. Minority shareholders are either being softened up for a low-ball takeover from insiders, which would be understandable if contemptible; or the board are simply negligent and incompetent. No competent and honest managers would let this situation fester for so long. | tigerbythetail
29/3/2024 16:53 | Farrugia Here's the last one it paid | zangdook
29/3/2024 16:49 | I did email the CEO re the divi and was advised there will be an update on the subject in April | mattjos
29/3/2024 16:26 | has this stock ever paid dividends? If not where do the profits go year after year? | farrugia
29/3/2024 14:06 | Smart thinking Batman! | eggbaconandbubble
29/3/2024 13:59 | It would be nice if they did it around those dates, I could buy some more beforehand with the new ISA allowance and then sell from my non-ISA holding into the enormous spike following the good news. ;-) | zangdook
29/3/2024 12:58 | Is normally an RNS in early April, in 2022 and 2023 was 12.04 and in 2021 was 11.04.21, and before that about the same time for all years, so news as to preliminary results for 2023, trading update and hopefully dividend declaration news is close to announcement - STCM seems to follow a regular sequence and timing so, fingers crossed for some overdue news | wilo101
29/3/2024 12:11 | Who/what do you mean by AIM? | king suarez
28/3/2024 19:41 | You would have thought AIM would have made a move by now | ih_833185
20/3/2024 15:16 | The share price trend is slowly, but inexorably, downwards. This company is run for at the direction of a few big holders. what suits them is what we will get. I curse the day i bought Steppe. A lesson not to be clever playing with obscure AIM stocks in difficult jurisdictions. | 1knocker
18/3/2024 18:37 | Given the poor H1 but improved 9 month figures, I assume the overall 2023 numbers will be far from the 2022 figures, especially profit wise. Let's hope it will allow distributing 1p as a 2023 divi. I don't expect more. Together with say 2.5p divi from 2022 it would not be too bad this year.Obviously, if they find a way to distribute it....Some selling today, hopefully just people running out of patience. | user2007
18/3/2024 13:23 | There is no doubt 2023 will prove to be quite respectable | wilo101
18/3/2024 12:23 | Another day of selling….. | danmart2
16/3/2024 13:10 | No point in listing on KASE or AIFC AISX as there is no real market, demand or liquidity, all list in London, NY or Canada, see the recent Air Astana listing and IPO though they did a secondary offering in country | wilo101 |
