SVE appears to have broken through a key resistance level at 18p. The chart suggests that the next resistance level should be 25p.

Indeed we did see 19-20!
I`m hoping we may get an announcement on NAV in early Feb as we have had some good moves since then. I would also like the board to clarify our exact holdings in all the top nine companies so we can follow with a greater degree of accuracy.
Here`s hoping for 20-22p bid sometime this week

it's certainly a good way of generating additional interest in SVE... if that is what they want, which it may not be...

I wouldn't rule out a further NAV update at the beginning of Feb as there has been a significant rise from closing prices on 13/12/10.

the portfolio value is up around 3% today as is the share price.

the major jumps in price will come after the publication of the official NAV - which will remain quarterly (see email from john watkins)

i wonder at what point the share price will reflect the NAV and move closer to that valuation it seems well off at the moment...

oracle bid price is up 20% on the price shown in the header - adding another £280K in value.

Bel bid price is up 10% on price in header.

By my reckoning we're at around £15million portfolio value

Our commitment to Shareholders is to update them quarterly as at 31/3, 30/6, 30/9 and 31/12 with additional updates immediately prior to the AGM, usually in December and whenever there is a significant change in net asset value. We have no plans at present for a monthly update.



I confirm that we continue to support all the companies disclosed in our 2010 annual report which includes interests in Addworth and Chalkwell, except that, as announced, we have disposed of our remaining interest in Franconia.
