08/6/2010 08:13 | I recycled the paperwork I received from my broker about my entitlement. I cannot believe they are asking for money and nothing is going to change to benefit shareholders. Just same old need the money to pay salaries. | lwaxf13
07/6/2010 20:37 | yep only problem is plenty of sellers at anthing above 0.00125 UNTIL the management come up with a reason for people to hold. | sirmark
07/6/2010 17:06 | decent buys after close.... | maxmarilli
07/6/2010 16:36 | You have to marvel at the incompetence of the board. They offer a discounted price knowing full well that whatever price the picked would immediately become the current share price the moment the RNS came out. Yet they chose .125p not .16 or .15 but .125 the moment they put the RNS out thediscount was gone. .125 is the current buy price [some might argue that if anyone wanted volume they would have to pay more but nobody wanted any volume until the board said 'give us more money or we're sunk and we might be sunk anyway' forcing the hand of any large holders who could either take a massive loss or buy more to average down]. There is now a massive shelf of stock waiting to be sold at anything over .125 as that would represent a gain for any of the new stock bought. The company would have to secure some massive deals to warrant any further buying and they quite patently can't close any big deals no matter how long they kid themselves they are 'doing trials for major brand owners'.They just can't close! On top of the position they have taken all the shareholders to and having taken the company to the edge of solvency by spending a year chasing an acquisition just to massage the CEO's ego [how he could misjudge the support he thought he had so massively is startling] they paid themselves a handsome bonus of 20% of their salary for getting us here. Plenty for the FSA to get their teeth into. | 2pearly
07/6/2010 16:32 | £17,000,000. Sales,no business? | morgannn
07/6/2010 16:24 | Sell out completely nobby then wait patiently for the consolidation (which MUST come at some point soon after) then short it big time. SEO have openly said that this fundraising will only fund working capital requirements for 12 months max and with a few other issues within the company uncertain there is no way the shareprice will ever rise above the open offer price. SEO WILL need to raise more money in 12 months time - GUARANTEED. Companies like Stanelco and Medisys should both have been wound up years ago. Effectly both companies have no business. They both just survive and pay the wages thanks to their shareholders. | stevi111
07/6/2010 13:09 | Talking of Crystal Mando Diao song 'crystal' is well worth a listen. Still nothing to say from the company then,no deals signed,no lorries leaving the depot,no attempt to help all the ISA holders. Usual SEO. | 2pearly
04/6/2010 07:31 | wolterix Ha Ha Ha verry witty.I expect some "investors" in this "DOG" could do with a fix. | barniebear2

03/6/2010 14:15 | I shall be taking a brown envelope stuffed with cash to the EGM to tuck into PM's top pocket. My logic is cut out the middle man and it will save me dealing costs and stamp duty. He only takes it out in salary and bonus anyway. | 2pearly
03/6/2010 13:52 | Caviar and champagne for the board.Same as usual. ....and a bloody good laugh at the mug shareholders again. | 2pearly
03/6/2010 13:41 | no pie and peas for Paul Mines on what he has ripped off SEO for! | daw2
03/6/2010 10:08 | Pie and pea supper served on biodegradable plates and a couple of beers twice a month is about the strength of my nights out now, so will take up the placing on one of them and hope for the (very very) best!!! Good luck to all lth's and cheers. | boldtrader
03/6/2010 08:52 | Given that the chances of ever seeing your good night out money again are slim to remote can I have the money instead? ;-) | lwaxf13
03/6/2010 07:56 | Ah well i have decided to take up my rights after all it is less than a good night out! | barniebear2
03/6/2010 06:55 | In my mind you have to hang on to what you got.As you all quite rightly say this is a dog.As we know every dog has its day.Tony you are well down on your investment but in theory only down when you pull out of stanelco. If you are so much out of pocket a bit more wont make a great deal of difference, but think of the upside. | casabella2
03/6/2010 03:22 | I'm with tony on this cyclic funding company. I've been supporting the concept, IP and products far too long for putting anymore in this bio moneypit. I'm optimistic SEO will come good under a solid management. Unfortunately, there is too much stigma ( I guess name change) with the company through the Blanchin and White years. How many management group until we find one which can actually manage and put forward a solid future? Upto the brave and fool hardy in my mind, remember institutions will look for profit not product, revenue or rifit - they play the numbers. Just like this management plays the PIs! Business as usual Runnett | runnett
