I would too.

BUT for the General Meeting (14 June) they have lumped what might appear to be 5 of the Resoultions into one.

So we can only vote for or against ALL or NONE of a single resolution containing -
-change of Articles
-issue of Placing shares
-Directors powers to allot
-name change to Biome
-move to AIM

You can only vote for the composite resolution - not each point individually.

The 'Poxy' voting card provides for voting on the single Resoultion that includes all these points.

The re-election of Mines's Directorship comes up at the Annual General Meeting (22 June).

The insti's that put him in are as unhappy with what has or hasn't been achieved.

I know that one of the major ones, who had been very supportive in the past, has run out of patience.PM blotted his copybook with his complete mis-judgement of the intended aquisition.

I think you're all dreaming, Mines was popped in by the instis the last time there was dissent in the ranks, I very much doubt that the instis will chuck him out and there aren't enough PI votes to outvote them. V.

I had enough of this inept management and I would be willing to pass my vote by proxy to someone who has the same view on the resolutions.

Would anyone who will be attending the AGM care to vote on my behalf rather than for me to trust the Chairman of the Meeting to do so,please?

He has not done one single thing to help shareholders in all his time in the job.Everything he has done, and continues to do, is self serving.

I will be voting for his removal.

I also have a lot of trouble with Standen and Filkin. Both have watched the company fall apart and shareholder value be decimated while approving the salaries and bonuses PM and SB have taken.

Standen has seen enough companies go into administration to have been able to have spotted the problems but shirked his responsibility and just took the money while Filkin was non-exec at Jarvis and party to the 'we're doing very well' RNS just before they went belly up.

PM does not have the capability or passion to rescue the company from here. The new incentive scheme they have devised has a 10% annual hurdle rate.So the directors are potentially to be rewarded for a 10% share price increase. At that rate, using some rough calculations, we will be back at the point we were before PM came along in year 2071! That is assuming they are not back for more money before that date because they've spent all they had on salaries and bonuses again.

Lecks

I still hold a very small volume in an ISA and didn't sell beacuse it simply wasn't worth it but I will vote for his removal. For those in doubt there are plenty of people around who would slot straight in and within a week or 2 would have delivered more than Mines.

If Mines really believed in the company and products he would have been buying shares by now the fact he has not to me indiocated there may be other issues he has not come clean on, maybe the full details of the patent dispute?

If Mines really believed in the company he would be working for virtually nothing but having the carrot of share options at 1p, 2p etc. INSTEAD MINES' ATTITUDE IS STILL PAY ME A HIGH SALARY, I WILL TAKE A CUT IF I HAVE TO, BUT IF YOU DON'T SUPPORT ME THE FUTURE FOR SEO IS VERY UNCERTAIN.

What sort of actions are those of a supposedly business leader, entrepreneur, CEO.........Pure greed in my opinion. Unfortunately he has given shareholders no option but the option they do have is to do exactly what you indicate and vote hime out, he is an idiot. I think all shareholders need to think very carefully about keeping him as he has continually shown his arrogance, total disregard for shareholders, he considers us a nuisance but most of all he has failed to deliever and indicated big deals that have not materialised. He is commercially inept.

Also for what it is worth I think the Commercial director would be a better bet whilst looking for a replacement.

MINES OUT OUT OUT!

Thanks for the good wishes guys. Appreciated very much.

Wolt, it was the comment about a lot of their income was derived from one company. I hadn't realised that. There were other factors such as the probable forced sellers of ISA's and the probable consolidation to come. Can't see much improvement in the share price for some time and more than likely it will drop lower in my opinion. I have added to my holding in RRL which I now have over half a million in and should it do well I could easily make up the losses there. Finally as I think jwoolley and maybe others have said, I can always buy back in on anything positive from SEO. All the best to you.

Just looked at the chart with an overlay of volume.

There was some serious volume 25 Mil shares traded with 18 Mil looking like buys. This is looking like some one is buying well lets hope so.

It would be nice to see an end to all of the griping and a decent move up over the next few weeks.

No one came back to the question is Paul Mines up for re election to the board at the AGM is so this your chance to vote for change

Dr J / Daw2 cant blame you chaps you have to do what is right for you, and i REALLY wish you guys the very best of luck with furture investments and if you come across me on the board ...dont buy ...lol

Personally I see alot of upside in the share price once the placing is done and my theory for that is the market cap vs cash vs assets.

I just recived my email from H-L about my other options there so I guess many here will have already decided what they will do going forward. FWIW I have reservations about prospects as we have sat here discussing this for 3 years+ and still nothing worthy of an RNS has been achieved by the current board. I am hopefull that Paul can finally pull the rabit out of the hat and if he doesnt he would have failed misserably £15mln and nothing to show for it apart from a few rusting silos..... I don't think hell want that on his resumey.

Just popped in to say goodbye. Have decided to sell all mine having read some of the prospectus. I may take up the share offer but unlikely I think.

I can't say I have enjoyed reading the thread generally speaking. I enjoy investing and part of that enjoyment is to share ideas and opinions as well as information on the companies I invest in. That could easily be done in a friendly and reasonable manner as happens on many threads. It has been impossible to enjoy much about this thread unfortunately. At least I now won't have to put up with all that gloom and doom about the management. I hope to make up the loss elsewhere.

Good luck to all of you still in here.
