27/5/2010 11:36 | I think there was a fair bit of talk recently about tightening up the regulation on AIM maybe not so bad as feared but who knows? V. | vaneric
27/5/2010 11:31 | A lot of trades today, many of which appear to be buys to me. As you said fur, very strange. I was expecting the share price to drop to around 0.125 pence during the day. Beginning to think it may finish higher than that. Raising cash to secure a company going forward as well as progress being made towards profitability usually encourages investors to buy. At this offer price you could easily make a decent profit on a small increase in share price Particularly if orders are going well and something is announced to that effect. I can see a consolidation coming though as has been said earlier. The AIM move is the main negative for me at the moment. Apart from the current low share price of course. I can see that improving though over the next few months. | dr jekyll
27/5/2010 11:24 | From the document: Under the Open Offer, Qualifying Shareholders will have a Basic Entitlement of: 0.262 of an Open Offer Share for each Existing Ordinary Share V. | vaneric

27/5/2010 10:50 | With their usual ruthless efficiency they have omitted to tell anyone the mechanics of the open offer and how the limited stock will be allocated etc | 2pearly

27/5/2010 10:41 | The quotes on plus seem to go all over the place; I like the .30 that comes on every now and then | fur
27/5/2010 10:37 | Fur just to clarify rights as an existing share holder to subscribe to open offer was at close of business yesterday. | bulgarianpropertydoteudotcom
27/5/2010 10:35 | Hi, are existing shareholders being given a discount on the rights issue, if so how much? otherwise where's the incentive, when all I've witnessed since 2007 is a plumbeting share price, a company with an appauling history of legal judgments and copyright infringments, parntnerships that go nowhere, and techno;ogy and products no one wants!!! | kmann
27/5/2010 10:34 | jeeez scary guys | ivor whopper

27/5/2010 10:20 | RENEWED VIGOUR - Mines and Standen???????? That's slightly above 'complete disinterest' on the SEO scale. | 2pearly
27/5/2010 10:19 | why would they take up their new positions by buying in open market when they have been given the shares at 0.125p in the placing and open offer before the announcement today. I agree that if they want to keep the same % of the total shares in issue they might want to buy in the open market but equkllky if they took up the rights then their % stays the same anyway. So somebody is buying large chuncks that will not give them the right to take part in the open offer? Or is the cut off day today close? | fur
27/5/2010 10:18 | RENEWED VIGOUR - Mines and Standen???????? | daw2
27/5/2010 10:15 | Fur - surely it's the 'insti's' taking up their new positions? | wolterix
27/5/2010 10:11 | Well we all live and learn. I've come to realise that there's no point in voicing your opinion in stronger and stronger terms to people who don't want to think whether there's a potential downside or not. Just leave them to get on with it, it's up to them, it's their money. | shudstave
27/5/2010 10:06 | I note the directors are buying 97 million shares in the placing. Alos I am a little confused; did you have to be on the register at clos of business yesterday or today to take part in the rights? If it was yesterday then I cannot understand the buys, if today then I can. Otherwise is somebody buying us? | fur |
