LOL at you lot....

Graxy....cheers for the comments...I'm touched....

DR J - Dont worry about my loss...already gained a grand back this morning with buying something else in my ISA...so happy with that...and like I said, if it does get voted a "No" for the AIM, I will probably buy back my load that I sold this morning....but I very much doubt it will be voted as a "NO"

Good luck with what you choose to do and anyone else with what they choose to do....but I really do think, that our vote counts for nothing on this...but that really depends on how many shares PI's actually own....

I now only hold 6 million of these....so I know my vote will count for nothing...!!! The people that I have been speaking to, don't care if it goes to the AIM market...which drew me to my conclusion this morning.....

There was a young CEO named Paul
Who wouldn't communicate at all
about moving to AIM,
and material gain
and fiddled while the share price did fall

'See what I mean with your personal comments 2pearly? '

No.

you said

'You start getting personal these days as soon as anyone disagrees with your view. It was jwoolley ........'

I corrected you and you seem to think that proves you were right?!

I won't be posting this afternoon as I'm off out so maybe you can fill the thread with pretty pictures of flowers or spring lambs gambolling in a leafy meadow or something similar.Maybe even a poem dedicated to PM.

See what I mean with your personal comments 2pearly?

My comment about moaning was at the general doom and gloom on here not specifically at you. Take it as you will though. Nor do I have any intention or need to create a divide as you put it. I am interested in investing not playing games with people on here.

Thanks for your post jwoolley. Hope you make your money back here or elsewhere. I have wondered about doing the same thing but will stick for the moment I think. Will think about it and maybe wait and see if PM does come up with anything.

So,

'What we need here is a change from the moaning about the management. Anyone wanting to talk gloom and doom just come on here and be miserable.'

Wasn't the first line of your 'AIM only' post?

Much as you might like to create divides I have never been personal with JW.I've had passionate exchanges of opinion with him over the years and I have utmost respect him as a poster and as a bloke.

This thread will suffer if we lose people like him.

You, however, are a different matter.

Incidentally 2pearly, just for your peace of mind only. Everything is clearly not wonderful with SEO. OK?

2pearly, It was the regulatory requirements I was referring to but there may be other things. I have seen posts by respected posters in the past who have said AIM is cheaper as have companies I have been invested in at agm's.

Why mention anything about me saying everything is wonderful. I said nothing else in my post apart from the AIM issue. You start getting personal these days as soon as anyone disagrees with your view. It was jwoolley and another poster the other day now me. You are even blaming me for saying things that I haven't even said.

I have simply disagreed with you about AIM costs. That is a reasonable view and you have actually agreed with it in your reply so why are you then talking about me breaking a truce?

Too late for you now I know but they could entertain ways around the ISA issue with dual listings etc but those come at a cost that would undermine the small saving of going on AIM.

It is not the [small] cost saving of AIM that is tempting them.It is the greater freedom and flexibility.

Why do they want that? very few positive things come from boards withdrawing further into the shadows.

DJ

Do you think the company didn't know about the ISA position of the stock? Do you think it was never raised? All that anyone will get now is platitudes, same as always.

'We'll look into that' etc

I can see why they do it now because some people are so gullible they will buy it every time.
Stand up and be counted.

Dr J - I have had a long think about the AIM situation, and decided to sell my ISA stockholding of SEO this morning at a big loss....mainly because I thought if it does get the go ahead, there will be a lot of forced selling on the day it happens and price could be even lower.....if it does indeed get voted no to the AIM...I will probably buy them back....I can't imagine it will get voted no to be honest, because the big instis that are holding, don't care about ISA's.....but I for one will still be voting NO...for what the vote is worth...

What we need here is a change from the moaning about the management. Anyone wanting to talk gloom and doom just come on here and be miserable.

AIM is a bad move as it affects those of us who have SEO in an ISA which I suspect is quite a few not only on here but other investors too. It is cheaper for cos. to be on the AIM than the main market so you are wrong there 2pearly by the way. SEO have received quite a few contacts from investors about the ISA problem apparently, including myself, and are looking to see if something can be done. My view on that is that they will probably get nowhere unless they change their mind about an AIM listing.

I'm with BT - basically, having watched this for a while, researched and then bought in, I was hapy with my investment. My biggest mistake on this one was listening to an e-mail I was sent by a poster on here who, without actually saying it, read that he KNEW what was going on and that its a good company.

I wont ever listen to someone I've never met, ever again when it comes to shares and I'm disspointed in myself. That part of my investments is now 80% down.

I should have listened to my brother who was in this for a long time and got out probably c6 months ago.

I'll stay in as basically what I would get back now would barely pay for a decent 2-week holiday!

(save the DYOR mallarkey, comments should be "you have too much faith in poeples integrity", "you're too naive" etc. Lesson learned).
