16/6/2010 13:19 | So why didn't Paul Law declare that he had sold almost 2 million shares? From yesterdays RNS, Paul Law bought 14,830,033 shares in the placing and he now has a total holding of 14,830,033. This must mean that these are the only shares he currently owns. So what happened to the 2 million shares he bought at 0.5p just over a year ago on 2nd April? | maple_leaf
16/6/2010 13:18 | Zut Alors!!!!! Can't see the ol' frenchies taking that lying down.[which is their preferred method of dealing with anything] The French government on Wednesday unveiled plans to raise the retirement age to 62 in a sweeping overhaul of the pensions system that labour unions have vowed to fight to the end. Maybe they'll just give a gallic shrug and get on with it. | 2pearly
16/6/2010 13:16 | Thanks pearly, that was what I thought. | maple_leaf
16/6/2010 11:44 | Can anybody confirm to me that if a director of a company buys or sells some shares in that company, then it has to be reported to the market in a RNS message? This is a rule of the LSE, yes? | maple_leaf
16/6/2010 11:17 | The value of the compnay though was shot as soon as they decided (along with the advisers picking 700k for doing nothing except destroying the share price at the time of the work they did) for 0.125p. So if they wanted to they should have issued shares to reflect the enterprise value at that date, not the sp, which had been shorted and manipulated down to please the big boys. | fur
16/6/2010 10:21 | You could also ASSUME that Biotec when we purchased for 25mln Eu had not produce Bioplast to to volume we now see with circa 20mln of revenue per year and growing at 30% per annum. I would argue that prior valuation and current are way way different and would estimate the true value to reflect £45mln (50% Biome) SirM | sirmark
16/6/2010 09:57 | That's assuming biotec is worth what you paid for it of course. A BIG BIG assumtpion. | an0n1
16/6/2010 09:28 | This Market cap doesn't cover 50% stake in Biotec alone lol | conc2
16/6/2010 08:51 | I see Intelek has been sold for 32p, nearly double the price over the last, well few years. Shows how wrong the market is about valuing a business and how share prices are manipulated so somebdiy can buy a business cheaply. I can think of dozens of shares that I know like that; pleasing to see people seem to still be buying SEO. National Starch anyone? | fur
16/6/2010 07:53 | As I recall Mines bought a batch of shares at 0.8p a long time ago and is probably like the rest of us still waiting for a profit on those. V. | vaneric
16/6/2010 07:05 | can still buy more at 0.13p if your feeling confident of a rise because the directors had to buy a few shares | bulgarianpropertydoteudotcom

15/6/2010 07:34 | I forgot they don't sell anything :-) How about "Bull*hit" | barniebear
15/6/2010 07:18 | A mad punt has an outside chance of coming off. This thing has no chance IMO. It has history - cash burn, salaries, bonuses, mega sales deals. Err, strike that last one off . I forgot they don't sell anything :-) | lwaxf13 |
