Not predicting that price just to clarify, referenced the FEB low,
the short term share price is anyones guess, however a lower UKX is likely
to see a lower SL. price.

SL traded very briefly under 315 in FEB.

SL. is like a geared play on the UKX, or at least that is how it appears
to trade lately.

Risk off days it gets hammered, added a few and would like to add lower.

It is primarily an asset manager now and they get hit hard on wider market falls,
usually.

Thanks to Rambutan for highlighting this on the BCAP thread......



BCAP is in wind down mode and has stated that any further disposals will result in cash returned to shareholders. There was recently a distribution of 17p per share. At 80p current mkt. cap. is 165mn against a value of 185mn for Gardner. Though the mention of a 300mn valuation may seem a little fanciful, if BCAP were to realise say just 206mn, that would represent a £1 per share. Outlook for Gardner was positive in the recent Feb portfolio update.

Really great news from MTH - especially as I wasn't expecting the Tender TBA until the end of next month. Looks as though it may be @ c170p, which will be lower than the current NAV of c176p. However that figure may be updated a little later...Sp up c8% yesterday.
