11/9/2019 17:55 | Or maybe the sellers today know something LOL | rr4528
11/9/2019 17:46 | What was interesting was the spike on Monday... good volume aswell ,,, don’t tell me them buyers don’t know something 😳😳 | gripfit
11/9/2019 17:37 | I hope this slips back to the good old 150 so I can add more. 180 this minimum one way or another in the next few weeks youd think | rr4528
11/9/2019 17:29 | No that’s Tuesday ,,, | gripfit
11/9/2019 17:09 | Huge volume tomorrow with a spike in share price. | rr4528
11/9/2019 16:17 | If it ends like many other days it will shoot back up in the last minute. | chinahere
11/9/2019 16:01 | I am surprised that a absolutely nothing came out of the AGM...I wondering whether share price has dropped on the back of no news?? | mhm2013
11/9/2019 15:56 | 155p dog muck | rr4528
11/9/2019 15:45 | Depends on whether there was more than one man and a dog attending ;) | gbh2
11/9/2019 15:42 | Surely somebody had the nouse at the AGM to ask how the Board were viewing their new 29.9% shareholder? | valhalla
11/9/2019 14:57 | Why would a lot of people be selling as they are after that RNS? Even if the results are bad, worst case scenario your gonna get 180! Theres no way i sell less than 300 | rr4528
11/9/2019 13:54 | Patience is needed - I think if you tuck these away for a couple of years, whatever the outcome, there's likely more upside than downside. | twistednik
11/9/2019 13:53 | It's probably been passed just in case. We're a long way off a share buyback being put in place ! Let's see what the results hold next week. If they are good, then we see share price appreciation and route to a recovery. HR Net will have to pay up as well if they want to acquire STAF. If they are bad than HRNet may pounce and we get taken out at 180p anyway. Would be interesting to know what their plan is and at what point they start dictating strategy / trying to oust management / would they hostile etc? | twistednik
11/9/2019 13:48 | Just read resolution 12 regarding share buy back.It allows Staffline just under 7m to be purchased should they wish to do so (any purchase would inadvertently push HNET over 30%)As already mentioned, companies only ever do this if they have surplus cash so does this suggest they have had a very good few months? | supercity
11/9/2019 13:31 | I think that the share buy back is there as is the chance to issue further shares without the need to keep coming back to shareholders | cocker
11/9/2019 13:16 | im surprised that there is not more positive 'chat' doing the rounds.... | gripfit
11/9/2019 13:11 | You would think so.. No movement in share price whatsoever!! | mhm2013
11/9/2019 12:29 | if they want to do a share buy back , they envisage surplus cash ??? | gripfit
11/9/2019 12:28 | Results are next Tuesday | mhm2013
11/9/2019 11:55 | About 35% didn't want the share buyback resolution. I wonder if that was mostly HRnet? | chinahere
11/9/2019 11:50 | So were the results good or bad? | rr4528
11/9/2019 10:58 | I guess if this happened, it would possibly mean an offer would have to come from hrnet. Strange but true | cocker
11/9/2019 10:57 | As was there a resolution to purchase their own shares passed | cocker
11/9/2019 10:56 | Just got notification of results out | tomv33
11/9/2019 10:53 | Yes agreed No results have been posted - just resolutions | mhm2013 |
