on the other hand,,,,, the synergies of the acquisitions of last year, may have had a dramatic positive effect on the results, and as such the mkt may mark it up substantially. Either way 12 months ago the directors were paying £12 for these.Hopefully the one off problems of earlier this year have been sorted out.

What nonsense. Why would the board sell at 150 if it gets knocked down 30%. Wait for a turn around. People in business think longer term compared to 2-3 months like some of the clowns here. Hrnet can offer 180p, does not mean it will get accepted.

IF this is marked down 30% HRnet will offer ca 150 - 160 a share and walk away smiling.

lets think about this........ bad results are imminent , so its going to get marked down 30%... it wont be this for long, as hrnet will jump in.. so imho stay with it.

There's also the boredom factor, I can trade in and out of these for £5 a time so if I think the cash will work better elsewhere the current gain or loss is academic.

People sell out for all reasons. Some times they have to as need the cash back. Other times it is just the worry if nothing happens and they think it will drop and quite often it is money they can not afford to lose so panic sell.

The Board of one of the last companies I worked for started showing concern when 10% of their shares were recorded as being in the hands of a competitor and when it was just under 20% we started discussions with a representative of the company, who at 25% actually started sitting in at some of our Board meetings.
