A well-established company with a billion of revenue and negligible debt has a market cap of 50m quid. The opportunity here is huge

No idea, if they have screwed up I'd be looking for activist investors to sack the whole management team and bring in some new people or switch to AI.

Most companies present their results on results day. Why would it tank? Standard practice surely you know that...

People seem to forget that we have a shortage of workers and this will lead to employers needing to increase margins due to that fact. This is not due to a recession etc but also many people have returned to to there home country in the pandemic and also more deaths than usual due to Covid. Hays etc have improved margins so I guess we will hopefully

Amazing people have negative points but remember Staffline have not had any profits warning so that days it all. Expect a pleasant surprise to the upside However expect a comment on macro economics and tight labour markets. The BMW contract will be a positive and margins will grow. Expecting a positive surprise and hopefully a hint of a Dividend.

Why would the share price 'tank on news of an investor presentation'?

These seem to be par for the course for many companies I hold and actually a good thing... gives so much more detail to an RNS. Good or bad.

I'd have thought the share price would have tanked a bit on news of the investor presentation and then tanked again on the appointment of a joint broker. I'm wondering if we'd end up in a buyback situation or whether they are trying to increase share liquidity. There's nothing to suggest they are up for sale.

I've taken a small punt on both EMR & STAF, which helps concentrate the mind on the numbers.

Explain why another raise. Do you not think BMW contracts and others not factored into lasts results improving margins.
Why would a cash raise be needed!
Please explain

Forthcoming updates, but please confirm the dates as I am unreliable; STAF - 24th Jan

& EMR 26th Jan. If Staf do well, you may get a tailwind and slipstream over at EMR.
