it's obvious that a tiny amount of selling volume has impacted the price. most of the shares are tied up by big holders who cannot always add to their position

Maybe an RNS stating “ we have no reason for the decline in share price , and are confident of achieving our budgets” etc etc may help.

I think that at 20p-ish the risk for me would be significantly reduced due to the lack of available workers. No idea where all the workers disappeared to.
