04/8/2021 07:50 | TNT set up | the bounty hunter
02/8/2021 10:21 | Thanks adh0 for setting the forum up previously. Any volunteers? | the bounty hunter
30/7/2021 14:00 | "Among the Resolutions approved at the AGM was to change the name of the Company to Tintra PLC. This change of name is expected to be completed within the next week. As part of the name change process, the TIDM ("ticker") for the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will change to "TNT". A further announcement will be made once the process is complete." Time for a new board then, I think someone else can do the honours this time, I am getting a bit old for all this. | adh0
28/7/2021 16:44 | Name change I see, called it! | adh0
27/7/2021 10:23 | Yeah I had a look earlier Knigel. The market cap is right atm. I mean I have stocks worth double or trebled with huge turnover and making money and they are friendless. I wonder if this went on Dragons Den would they get laughed off with the £2 mil valuation ? Maybe that 36p seller did the right thing, price is stable though but with the spread usually stupid it's hard to beat the mm's in a bear market. I've got IDE which said business is booming and shares keep dropping and near all time lows, it's a tough market out there. | dave4545
27/7/2021 10:15 | Results out - best to look ahead imo - noted the wording about plenty of news flow later this summer :-) | knigel
21/7/2021 12:37 | 383 bought for 39.9p yesterday sold for 40.2p today lol Trying to day trade stocks like this with £150 and make money | dave4545
20/7/2021 11:15 | I'm not one for doing that kind of trade. I'd rather get the maximum out at 47.75p first then work my way down. That seller has certainly gave away a good chunk of money selling so low but the mm's would have seen them coming after a couple of sales so maybe selling all at that price was the better move. 37-40p now, people paying 55p the other day you would think 40p would be popular but I'm not taking it | dave4545
20/7/2021 10:26 | Quite a chunk - someone needs to move on | the bounty hunter
20/7/2021 09:42 | 35k sold at 36p makes sense of the drop now | dave4545
20/7/2021 08:52 | And a usual 8-10p spread is now 0.5p 40.5-40.95p wow what is going on today | dave4545
20/7/2021 08:42 | I wonder if it was the same person buying none stop recently and they have took the hit way below the bid. If a mm is offering at 41p from 53p+ then they have took a chunk way below the price. | dave4545
20/7/2021 08:38 | Blimey what happened there. It was 47.75-53p+ Then bang on nothing showing they are offering at 41p now | dave4545
17/7/2021 13:16 | You are missing the point. Banks have offered these services at a high cost and supported by a network of expensive branches. Fin tech providers do not have this expensive legacy cost structure and are providing the same type of services using technology | the bounty hunter

17/7/2021 04:38 | The Bounty Hunter: "This includes payments, transfers, fx, bank accounts etc. they also offer prepaid card services" And later: "Instead of banks providing the services listed, they are provided by fin tech providers such as sjh." Do you think banks do not provide bank accounts? money transfers? FX? Mine does all of those I absolutely 100% promise because I have used them to do it. I know what a bank is. If SJH were a bank. OK, now I know. (To be fair I dont know if my bank provides pre paid cards, they might) I still dont know what SJH do that a bank does not, nor why I would use them instead of my bank. The website seems to imply if I have millions of pounds they help me move it. I can assure you if I had millions of pounds this lot wouldn't be let anywhere near it! We can leave it there though. It is probably me just being thick and it is perfectly obvious to everyone else what it is they do all day. | adh0
16/7/2021 16:14 | Instead of banks providing the services listed, they are provided by fin tech providers such as sjh. | the bounty hunter
16/7/2021 15:22 | Somebody or 2/3 keeps buying them. I thought should I sell but if people are paying 55p why should I sell at 46p to those greedy mm's I still cannot work out if this is going to be a great punt or it's overvalued ??? | dave4545
16/7/2021 15:07 | Yes, but what does that mean? It states "ALTERNATIVE services to those traditionally provided by the banking sector" It then goes on to list services provided by the banking sector!?! What are the "ALTERNATIVE" services they offer? (My bold). Who would use them rather than their bank, and for what purpose? This is what I am getting at. | adh0
16/7/2021 13:36 | Sjh is a fin tech provider, offering alternative services to those traditionally provided by the banking sector. This includes payments, transfers, fx, bank accounts etc. they also offer prepaid card services | the bounty hunter
16/7/2021 12:27 | Borrowing ANOTHER £500k as "working capital" which means... they are loss making? I assume. No facts on that, it is but merely a guess. I have two outstanding questions: Why were the shares suspended for so long (the specific reason the accounts could not be signed off) and what happened to change that. What do they do? In laymans terms? I would like to be a customer, so... where do I go and what do I get? I genuinely will buy whatever it is / do whatever is just to find out! | adh0
15/7/2021 15:51 | No takers then | a2584728
14/7/2021 15:54 | So what is it they actually do then? At least I understood the ambulance chasing legal motorclaims business they had going. The "Payments Division", can anyone explain to me (this has been asked before and there were no takers) what it is they actually do. Still I think somewhere in there they mention £400k+ of staff cuts so not sure if that is good or not. Who is left? | adh0 |
