" The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that Jacques Leuba is standing down from the Board at the end of August 2020 in order to dedicate his time to his other business interests.

Graeme Paton, Chief Executive, commented, "The rest of the Board and I wish to express our thanks for Jacques wise counsel over the last year, in what has been a transformative period for the Company."

That's a big blow Leuba leaving. Especially now.

A question for the company, when was the last period of time (from X to Y) that it was not in a "transformative period"?

SYME has been amazing (missed out there though) and now MCAP is £200m with nearly ten fold increase in weeks. Come on SJH let's join the party as well MCAP here is only £2m.

We have had a stream of metrics indicating the sjh is moving in the right direction. Although the predecessor companies had appeared to have had green shoots, unfortunately there was never a continuation. I am hopeful as a long term investor that current business model can produce substantial returns going forward

I do not think I can save you from losing money sanilav but I hope to prevent anyone new to this share though.

I post facts, with a highly sceptical and sarcastic slant I grant you, but I do try my best to be factual. If you look at who the Directors are, and how they have repeatedly, professionally, run companies into the ground and worse, well, yeah I mean that alone should make this a no no.

I welcome an open exchange of ideas, it helps everyone. I do not expect to be agreed with all the time. I do not expect to be correct all the time. In fact I expect not to be.

You say this RNS shows it "seems they are not going bust", what, specifically, makes you think that? I may have missed it but was there any mention of current monthly profit/loss or cash burn?

I appreciate that the share price rarely reflects fundamentals and so if it 10 bags then I would say well done you, but I would still say my statements were correct the market was wrong. If this share ever pays a dividend, which is a reflection of value being created and profits returned to share holders, THEN I will consider that I was wrong.

As you say lets see how it goes :)

The fact that the five a side football, which in previous RNS they have said is no longer of material interest to them, takes up a third of the RNS tells you all you need to know. Also the large % increases would be better to know the two absolute amounts, why not include them? There is only one answer.

The Directors keep getting paid WAY more then this company makes and many are paid in shares which will be continuously dumped onto the market. The company still owes P Jackson how much? (and why is another question never really answered).

Does anyone understand what they actually do? In laymans terms can someone explain it without copying the RNS, in your own words what do they do, what value are they adding, and why would someone use them to do this rather than the competition? (Who is the competition is another good Q).

It is a shambles, there is no investment case here whatsoever. Yes you may double your money. Congratulations if you do. Go into a Casino and put your money on Red it too may double. The Casino is a better bet the odds are higher you walk away in profit.

Be nice if it broke through 70p. The business is set to grow exponentially now as the base broadens. Looks like a keeper at last

Just a few months ago this was priced to go bust, things have turned around in a major way now. Trouble is their history is awful and MMs don't help either. Today's news should be sign of good things to come.
