Prepaid card product officially live. The few months delay may be an irrelevance if roll out forges ahead. Friday's rns is potentially the game changer that we have all been waiting for.

Typical action by the MMs,an RNS which does actually seem quite positive and they drop the price,or is it to do with the working capital still remains restrained,but that is old news.

For those who like history, the only reason Phil Jackson is a Director if you trace it back is because he sold a website (which was never proved actually existed) to MDC. He became the boss and the old Directors left and most people assumed he was just there as a fall guy to let the old Directors off for some incredibly dubious business practices. MDC (merged or was bought I am not sure) with TWL as it was. Now as SJH Phil Jackson continues to be well paid:

"Phil Jackson charged the Group GBP73,518 (six months ended Jul 2018: GBP10,000; twelve months ended Jan 2019: GBP130,000) in the period, for services provided."

It is not clear what the services are but if it was to let the old MDC Directors get away with it, it looks like they may be wanting their money back:

When the company directors charge the business more in fees than the whole market cap of the company with millions of debts you know its not sustainable. Greed and incompetence plus endless failures of new products. Maybe they can get one more hugely discounted fund raise but it looks like the end as a plc

Working capital constrained ie cannot pay short term bills or meet short term liabilities.
