So on Friday 26th of Feb we got:

"The Company and its auditors have concluded the work required for the submission and publication of its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 January 2020 (the "Annual Report") with the Financial Reporting Council. We now hope to finalise the Annual Report next week and file with Companies House."

How are we defining "next week"?

It should be pointed out though that they only said they hoped to, not that they were going to, so in no way has anyone been mislead of any deadlines missed. Not at all. They said "hoped".

Well then...nice, very very nice update there. As to the 5 aside that's completely irrelevant here and not part of the what the company is about, they will dump that at some stage I am sure.

This could do very nicely when it comes out of suspension next with an MCAP of £2m I would expect to see a re-rate and possibility of multi bagging could be on the cards.

Not quite as good as some others, disappointed there was no update on the 5 a side, but all in all, I suppose beggars cant be choosers.

I have literally no idea if they are making or losing money, we will just have to wait until next week for that by the looks of it. Well, at least that is the "hope". They didnt say they will. Which is an important distinction.

I suspect we will not be seeing anything in February therefore let down by BOD yet again. Is there a serious issue as this is taking so long? No going concern statement? Illegalities in the report and accounts? No one one knows as the BOD are hiding the detail?

adho, sarcasm...lowest form of wit however, numbers will come with results and the next update I am sure of that. As for your £1m spud, you got mugged there then....I prefer SJH for £1m and only 40% of shares in public hands...if enough buyers come in this could significantly re-rate by multiples...
