05/7/2017 18:38 | Hopefully he won't do it again. Lol | nortic 007
05/7/2017 18:01 | Must admit that if I was a Fund Manager type with a holding in SPD , I would not be impressed to read about £3000 bottles of wine and Board meetings held in a boozer. MA throwing up in fire places allegedly does not read well. Interesting character is MA ....certainly does it his way | ignoble
05/7/2017 16:52 | I would have to question both MA and Citigroup about their general trading. Take a look at today's graph and once again it resembles Table Top mountain . They seem to get suckered into paying up throughout the day to then see them get smashed in the afternoon .They seem to be playing into the hands of hedge funds and the like.Maybe they should do this in reverse and they could all save the company a lot of money by letting them find their natural level. Maybe he knows something we don't come July 20th but I would still have to question their trading. If that was a clients buy order which effectively it is (shareholder funds) you'd be pretty miffed .Just an observation. | nortic 007
05/7/2017 14:12 | Let's hope his share buybacks are not as reckless as his nights out. | nortic 007
05/7/2017 13:50 | Doesn't look good few more bottles and he could have paid a dividend instead LOL | ignoble
05/7/2017 13:04 | How does he get away with £3000 bottles of wine on expenses?revelations from this court case are not good for the company. it is said there is no such thing as bad publicity but this court case might be the exception. | haroldthegreat
05/7/2017 09:48 | Never heard of it , LOL | ignoble
05/7/2017 09:27 | IgnobleSounds a bit like the Arbitrage :) | nortic 007
05/7/2017 09:20 | Disappointed that the big fella can't take a drink . | nortic 007
05/7/2017 09:05 | Doesn't impress ! My kind of Board Meeting though , lol | ignoble
05/7/2017 08:59 | After approximately 12 pints and chasers ... Ashley then vomited into the fireplace located in the centre of the bar, to huge applause from his senior management team. Classy! | zho
05/7/2017 08:56 | Nice bit of early volume in SPD at this hour of the morning. Notice JD. and FTSE250 up after what's been a tough couple of weeks. Only 2 weeks to go before SPD figures are out so it'll be interesting to see how the markets position themselves in front of them.I guess most will go in with a level books. | nortic 007
04/7/2017 23:22 | I'm going to buy some of these. | mondaytuesday
04/7/2017 18:43 | Disappointing that SPD aren't on this list. Mike must try harder. JD on there yet no one makes a song and dance about their working conditions. | stokiematt
03/7/2017 22:20 | DD you are one Big sh-t stirrer just as you have tried on BOO. Give it a break you attention seeker. | au24
03/7/2017 20:18 | A bit more competition:hTTp://w | discodave4
02/7/2017 13:59 | MA facing £14m lawsuit:hTTps://www. | discodave4
30/6/2017 23:58 | Closed below SMA 200, intraday high bounced off SMA50......didn't manage 300. Looking to short.JD didn't bounce as much as I had hoped though, but closed today. Sorry for OT.Did laugh at this: Good Riddance Mike Ashley:hTTps://www.t | discodave4
30/6/2017 08:03 | "he could have not done the buyback and let it drop further."True, but then his percentage holding would be less and more to buy when taking it private. | discodave4
30/6/2017 07:41 | I'm guessing if they paid a dividend he ends up paying a shedload of tax which I reckon he doesn't want to pay. At some point there has to be an inflection point where I believe we will realise some value, he could have not done the buyback and let it drop further. | deanowls
29/6/2017 22:31 | You've found someone new to play with DD.Don't mess it up.Goodnight | nortic 007
29/6/2017 22:15 | pps as for a dividend and debt, that wouldn't be in MA's best interest, the buyback is a better option for him as it increases his stake, suppresses the share price and reduces the amount he has to pay to take it private. Likewise why would he want to take on more personal debt!. | discodave4 |
