Results 5th August - do I hang on or do I sell?

Feel we need some spectacular numbers or this will continue to drift along.

Any reason to think numbers will be spectacular?

Unless they announce a new contract or something else, the next news will be interims in August (going on last year).

As ever, if you can get in at the right time it makes a real difference!

They say "Time in the market" rather than trying to time the market is the way to go. But buy and hold for years has never been as profitable for me as a more momentum style of trading - over the last 30 years.

Not as much fun either!

Surprised this is not moving a bit more, think lack of news has a lot to do with these shares not growing.
So much potential here but if we don't get some news soon I'm out.

Been 6 months since I bought in here and not made a penny!

Looks good value, but market doesn't seem interested.

Any reason to think this is going to get moving soon?

Not as many jobs added as expected in the US has given tech / growth stocks some impetus - guess it means inflation may not be going as high as quick so at last SPT is moving!.

It's a bit pricey on a PEG rating being that they're on top line growth of c8%

But, it's a high quality outfit, cash rich and in a stable growth sector, worth holding quality IMV, it'll resume upward moves when the seller/s has done, again IMV

Sentiment here recently has seemed pretty poor, hopefully this is the step change we need. The growth of the sector should certainly produce a healthy platform for growth of the business.
