This has to be a share to own as it has a very sound business and profitable in such a time of pandemics, plus with the recent acquisition of a tech company in USA. If one buys for potential, this has to be the one. First time for me to get in to communication business. £3.00 will be breached soon, in my opinion.

The earnings are modestly better than expectations and a full year dividend payout plus special equates to a yield of 4.1%.The prospective PE multiple around 20ish is probably fair enough.I suspect the market will welcome a good set of solid results in its normal blasé way.

Guys. The stock tracks the nasdaq - theres no seller or unlnown bad news - its down from 260 as all tech stocks are off their recents high / just look at graph of the nasdaq or say tesla - spirent looks the same - relax - theres nothing suspicious here

Takeover at a decent multiple this morning, results next week and hopefully news on a special dividend, be interesting to know who and why it is being sold down.
