He's actually got only 5.1%, or 1.5 mil, so could be just a PI, or one of latest brokers clients..
I have just under 3%.. its no big deal, more a case of there arnt many shares in issue, and majority of them are with directors/family/their friends

last RNS, date threshold crossed 19 th Jan

was 3.06, now 5.1 , so extra 2.04 bought, out of 29,400,120

so extra bought on Friday = 599k

trades 1,2,3 were

200 @ 4.6
200 @ 4.5
195 @ 4.52

if they were the buys.. where from? every other trade was at a higher price

unless the MM's are selling cheap, and buying back dearer?

Ive held since IPO and added to lower average, im bored, very bored, but would never sell any, till they have done something

IMO, it wasn't to raise cash, but let brokers clients in.. you wouldn't be able to buy that quantity in the market.

Looking better, few punters buying near 5p cash for 4p

I think the opposite. Seems a desperate move to drum up PI interest and sign up another broker to generate more leads for an RTO. They originally had a shortlist of companies they were doing DD on and they all proved to not be feasible.

I would hazard a guess that they have something big already lined up

Not sure what to make of that. They don’t need the money as they are spending very little. I guess they just want to bring in new investors and extend their network? At least the new shares have been issued at the original 5p, albeit with warrants attached.
