Main market so no NOMAD. Otherwise, no harm in making your views known. Even if they can't and shouldn't give out inside info shareholders should still hold the BOD's feet to the fire. We've gone from a long list of 30 to be concluded last September to appointing a new broker and starting from scratch with an open ended time frame.

unfortunately information from companies has tightened up considerably in recent years. No company these days can give inside info out, or even allude to things going on which has not been rns'ed. The nomad would do his nuts if any info got out.. therefore there isn't much point other than making sure they are aware shareholders are not that chuffed at all the initial talk, then nothing....

If this lot carry on as they are they will have difficulty in rising funds at 5p because much of the intrinsic value in the company will have gone

All resolutions were put to the meeting and approved on a poll and the results are detailed below


in other words the electronic votes of the other 20m shares were not included


IMO, it would have shown a much bigger % voting against re-electing the directors, who seem to be sat watching the world go by, and the oil price keep going up.

Votes against the directors suggests investors are losing faith in the ability of the directors to deliver.

KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT

Spinnaker Opportunities Plc (LON: SOP), the standard listed cash shell established to make a material acquisition in the energy or industrial sectors advises that a Key Information Document ("KID") has been posted to the Library section of the Company's website.

A KID is a new regulatory requirement that is designed to assist retail investors considering investing in packaged investment vehicles. Whilst it is debatable whether or not a cash shell such as Spinnaker falls under the requirements, some investors have reported problems with intermediaries declining to allow them to purchase the Company's shares in the absence of a KID. The board has therefore taken the pragmatic decision to compile a KID to facilitate trading in the Company's shares.
