Why has Spinnaker chosen to get involved in the cannabis processing industry?
o It remains our intention to undertake an RTO (Reverse Take-Over), but we have
decided to focus our attention on the specific cannabis processing industry out of
the full gamut of energy and industrial sectors that we could address. We feel that
cannabis processing can create the most efficient return of shareholder capital, due
to the lower cost of entry. Furthermore, as a relatively new industry it is set to
benefit from strong growth metrics, enabling consistent value creation.

The last fund raise was at a large PREMIUM to the shareprice, see RNS..

I am hopeful that the same will happen again if we need to raise cash through the 'system'.. 7p?

Needs further funding as quoted below in today's rns

If they keep a main market listing upon RTO, it will be huge given other players are on NEX which is the proverbial lobster pot.

CDB oil, I do know a lot about this and to be fair it is in exponential growth at the moment. It is being pushed in magazines, news articles etc etc. I even saw a stand at a local heath and well being event.

Its not mainstream with the general public yet, but give it a year or so...

Huge potential IMO, Im hanging in for the time being.

You can take the view that gold has hit recent lows and ECR traded as high as 2p so there's a trade in there, just plan an exit and stick to it.
