04/12/2009 12:09 | This company went into administartion. | hotfinance14
27/9/2007 17:00 | Had a quick chat with the company today. They are in negotiations for an RTO but have said if it doesn't come off then they would expect to hand back cash. I think they could return 1p a share back to shareholders. Anyone selling at 0.5p in the market needs certifying imo. If we get a decent reversal the shares could easily see 3p+. | nickcduk
16/8/2007 17:35 | So when did sop.l change to xsn.l? Why? Wot does it mean? Is any body alive on this bb? | rupert_bear
05/7/2007 14:46 | Seems like they don't want to hang around waiting for something to turn up so this looks like the end of the road. Any guesses what the payout maybe on the distribution?. As price has settled back and mm's buying at 2.3p we may see 2.5p, not the profit I hoped for but still a profit in my case. tt. | tingtang
02/7/2007 10:50 | Another day and another tick up. The day of reckoning is approaching fast. | nickcduk
29/6/2007 14:07 | Frank Warren has gone now. His shareholding was cancelled in exchange for the sale of Sports Network. | nickcduk
29/6/2007 14:02 | Heh - Heh, remember we are dealing with Frank Warren here, anything is possible until he is out of the door. | tingtang
28/6/2007 19:05 | Its nice the way the stock is firming up ahead of a possible deal. Talks have been dragging on for a while so hopefully not too long to go. It would be nice to think the rise is due to some insider buying but that doesn't possibly still go on does it? | nickcduk
28/6/2007 15:20 | We may just see the value being realised at last. Pointer for me to hold tight was Lord Steinbergs purchase of 3M shares last fall, (you don't see nobility chucking money away), those of us who were in under 2p should come out smelling of roses. tt. | tingtang
10/6/2007 22:19 | I was just trawling through a few old RNS for SOP. I notice that David Elstien brought a shed load of shares off Frank Warren in June 2005 at 3.15p. I would imagine that would be the minimum price at which any new shares are issued for a RTO. That means there should be at least 50% upside from here. What would be nice is if they found something similar to what Blueheath did when they found Booker to reverse into. Thats gone up 300%+. We can but dream! We should have some further news before the month end with final results due to be issued by then. Hopefully it will co-incide with an announcement for the acquisition. | nickcduk
09/6/2007 21:09 | Yep, sure is.. my Halifax online statement has changed from SOP to XSN.... perhaps it's the beginning of a new start.. there may be hope afterall !.. good luck all.. | rcktmn
09/6/2007 20:45 | Is this XSN now? | the_professor
08/6/2007 14:14 | Not sure if anyone is still holding but recent trades and price action suggests the board are finally going to deliver some shareholder value here. They have been in discussions with a particular target for a while now and that must be close to being completed. With the heavyweight names on board I can imagine the deal being an impressive one and hopefully one at a considerable premium to the current 2p. Fingers crossed. | nickcduk
07/5/2007 19:37 | frank warren is a very poor man to put in charge of anything. everything he touches (on the stock market)dives. Ask any rex williams investors who lost all to warren and his cronies, some very poor wretches were made by warren. | cretin
02/5/2007 10:50 | Indeed, Introducing 'Golden Boy SOP', it has a ring to it, I guess. | oscar de la hoya
