20/3/2023 07:47 | Yes excellent results even the cash next year will be adding 500 -700 k....and being able to pass on 21 percent cost increases to the customer.... I wonder if the cost of sensor contract will also be able to increase by this much ... | sonofbanjosinger
20/3/2023 07:39 | Great figs ,beats all round And fusion doing well!! V happy with that | nico115
20/3/2023 07:29 | Excellent results. and a bullish outlook for 2023. Profits struck after a write off of 694K USD of obsolete stock. They seem to have pretty well made the 2023 forecast figures in 2022. Dividend yield around 5.4%. | robsy2
14/3/2023 10:16 | Yes I stand by my words Nabil is one of the best Ceo on aim So so much positive opps and he keeps producing higher profits higher dividends and higher cash PilesWhat's not to like I would say that being one of the largest shareholders .V happy to hold this rather than 90pct of other cos on aim And I would say nabil is the opposite to a lifestyle director ..he probably works harder than any other ceo on aim ..if you think that you should give up investing as it's nonsense !! | nico115
14/3/2023 00:14 | Well PJ there are many reasons l added ....1. The dividend that has grown year on year by double digits for the last six years ..l am expecting 12 - 12.5 c this year .2. In the next two years we should have the fulfillment of sensor contract that should add an extra 15 to 20 million to the coffers added to the fact it has already been stated after the contract has been sorted we don't need the extra buffer of 5 million ... all this money could be used for extra special dividends.3. In this environment of higher interest rates... companies with no debt and cash on the balance sheet are in best situation.4. Added interest from new investors ... If you think to yourself with no news for five months; usually this would be sitting at lows of the year not just of the highs as investors would of lost interest by now.5. Having the Fed as the number one customer should give us a premium rating which we really don't have at the moment.6. Plenty of things rattling around in the background to add value at anytime.7. I am actually much more excited that the company has been quiet over the last five months... means they are probably busy fulfilling all those contracts they have already sourced. All the talk of Nabil on proactive... was probably done on pressure from shareholders... did it really make a difference? Also remember this is a company that deals with security of banks ... It may not sit well with the customers if it is shouted from the roof tops. On the topic of a sales team l am not sure knocking on the doors of banks is going to do much good... business is sticky and takes many years to source, which has been discussed many times before .. and we might just waste more money than we get in.I could go on and bore you with the reasons why l continue to hold and add when l am able to. | sonofbanjosinger
13/3/2023 20:39 | In fact if you go back and revisit to that now infamous Proactive out of the blue interview, you could claim it was Nabil trying to justify his position? | pj 1
13/3/2023 20:35 | I do not agree with nico that Nabil is the best CEO on Aim. | pj 1
13/3/2023 20:30 | sonof Im not sure I should really post this as it will come over as a defensive post. However, if you go way back to when Nabil suddenly appeared on Proactive, and all his bullishness and claims what the Co is worth,240p, you will see I raised massive concerns on this thread. I recall the same questioning of me back then. I seriously believe there are better CEO's out there than Nabil. Leave him to innovation and design, which is his strength Its time for change. Honest, it is. Without realising it he is probably holding the business back growth wise. Hence my concern its now a lifestyle business for him. | pj 1
13/3/2023 19:59 | May I ask what your criteria is/ was for adding £170k to your holding? It's certainly not based on news-flow? | pj 1
13/3/2023 19:49 | Why not wait the week and see what happens ... you always seem to be a half glass empty kind of person... l for one am pretty happy with the company and have added a further 100k of shares to my already large holding in the last few weeks. | sonofbanjosinger
13/3/2023 19:03 | Results confirmed for the 20th March. By then it will be almost 6 months with no trading or contract news. I will be looking for different narrative to the norm, to display this isn't now becoming a lifestyle stock where the CEO is happy with how things are. 6 months with no material news is in stark contrast to his surprise Proactive appearance a few years ago where he said ''ahead's'' and ''new'' news would continue as per normal. I am still of the opinion he should move aside to Development/ Chairman and bring in a much more dynamic CEO to build an effective sales force, and who isn't scared to chase sales and employ staff to control the risk of the odd bad debt. | pj 1
13/3/2023 12:09 | Looks like buyer bought 100k Friday and another 40k today .3pct anybody ? Can't wait to see who this monster buyer is. | nico115
07/3/2023 18:59 | Looking at the trades today, is it normal service resumed? | pj 1
03/3/2023 17:39 | It keeps nudging forwards. I am hopeful! | robsy2
03/3/2023 16:31 | Another flurry of trades .... | sonofbanjosinger
01/3/2023 17:49 | And another 50k in the buyers pocket Probably bought 1m shares so 2pct so far ?Good to see | nico115
01/3/2023 07:49 | I don't really know about the MM side of all this and if individual trades are buys or sells but it seems to me that given the increased volumes over the last 2/3 months that with the almost total lack of movement in the share price there has been a large buyer taking out some fairly large sellers. That augurs well for the share price reaction to future events. Still keeping the faith | harrogate
28/2/2023 17:25 | I'm slowly concluding these 25k trades could be buys and that the buyer is pressuring his Broker to pick up stock at around 170p If it was a seller then some of my HNW contacts would have been approached to see if they wanted to buy, as per some months ago, but they have not. Whether they are buys or sells the fact they are not moving the share price wither way is confusing. | pj 1
24/2/2023 12:37 | 25 grand man... strikes again that's 125k for the week ... | sonofbanjosinger
23/2/2023 17:16 | A break and close above 175p in the future would be very positive chart wise. | pj 1
23/2/2023 08:53 | It appears to be one buyer doesn't it. No evidence of any tip today on Twitter. I wonder what their limit is? | pj 1
23/2/2023 08:47 | Yes looks like this big buyer has taken about 750k -1m shares from loose holders so should hold rallies now as less sellers around.I'm hoping for 200p on results. | nico115
23/2/2023 08:38 | I have noticed the last 3 or 4 days someone is quietly spending 25k a day on a single trade.... those small trades today add up to about 25k. | sonofbanjosinger
23/2/2023 08:27 | Seems to have stopped now ... could be something from IC again ... | sonofbanjosinger |
