Yes l see that...but on HL platform it is being recorded as Special Dividend which means it does not show as an actual dividend which means if you are researching Spectra then it looks like no normal dividend is being paid for year..so suddenly there is a gap for this year

It's not a special divi Just a very decent uplift and maybe back to 8c this year I'm still forecasting pbt of 22m in 2025 and pe of 20 so 9 pounds price target in 2025These day to day moves irrelevant really

In this respect at least I suspect their proof-reading went awry.

At the time of the RNS it was pretty special for any company to be announcing dividend let alone one that was above expectations :-))

One thing that still puzzles me ....is why this years dividend was classed a special dividend and not a normal dividend. Why did they not increase the normal dividend to 8 cents and announce a special dividend of 1 cent?

There will be more waves There will be more lockdowns This virus won't just suddenly disappear Governments will want to clean bank notes Aeris now has a value (I wish it didn't !! I would prefer it was worth zero )We only have to sell 10 machines and that must be a years profit at a guess The market attributes zero value to Aeris It's worth 20p at least to the share price

Totally agree We are a sitting duck for someone at 250p and that's a bargain I'm sure CCL will love us in order to cement their place as a Substrate leader I'm hoping for a Ftse entry in 2025 but will need one or two decent sized contracts in China and India to get there 10 pounds target 2025(you may laugh but I'm not laughing )

chemistry, and engineering and medical are areas the company are looking to move into. They describe the bank note business as ultra stable, contracts are over many years.

With the spread of the Covid 19 virus and the sporadic implication of banknotes as a means of transmission, we have received a significant number of enquiries from central banks and banknote equipment suppliers representing retail operations such as casinos regarding our Aeris banknote cleaning and disinfection system. This is unlikely to result in immediate sales but could create downstream, post coronavirus outbreak, interest to have readiness for future viral or bacterial pandemics.

I don't see any problems for the next couple of decades.by that time spectra will have moved into other industry's or will have been taken over.

They've been saying that cash would be phased out for years Yes the virus should be a factor and i would've thought cards would now be used much more but the data still says otherwise. Interestingly, new updates on Aeris on our website .This is obviously an area Nabil feels we can make a huge impact and I think we will sell quite a few machines over the next couple of years.

Nico, I would say it might be because a lot of investors expect cash to be phased out. In the West that could very well end up being the case and indeed cash use has been declining for decades. However, in the developing world cash use is increasing and the number of banknotes is increasing too. They may not be considering Aeris' application in these countries that will continue to use large volumes of cash.

I'm surprised the market isn't excited about the Aeris opportunity It's why I initially invested here and now the market place should be buzzing for this product in a virus driven world Have a good weekend all

Yes I thought we may see some continued selling as pi's were forced into selling either because they did not wish to trade a US stock or because their broker did not allow US stocks to be held. There was a dip but looks strong again now. I just have a feeling about GAN, it's in the right place at the right time and I feel we will see a much fuller valuation on the Nasdaq.

I bought approx 2k worth on Tuesday morning at from memory 45.7 or 47.5 just a dabble as I always come unstuck with pharma/bio. So far so good. I also have a few ORPH from 6p area, can't quite remember how I came to be holding them, they look likely to move up from here but nothing like AVCT which has been meteoric.
