You are either on the wrong thread NTV or are intimating that De La Rue might be interested in Spectra ;o)

could be the reason ?

-- The Group intends to use the net proceeds from the Capital Raising to invest in the Turnaround Plan, allowing the Company to:

o provide the investment required to grow the Authentication division;

o cover the restructuring cash costs of the Group's accelerated cost reduction programme;

o invest in new equipment to double the Currency division's capacity for polymer production;

o finance footprint-related capital expenditure in respect of the Group's overseas manufacturing sites; and

o invest in the expansion of the Group's security features business.

Received as well. AJBell can be questioned though for taking a week to credit the dividend to accounts. It seems just about every other broker did so.

Received dividend in AJ Bell also. Exchange rate $1.25033. No tax deducted as received in the SIPP. I don’t think AJ Bell can be blamed for the fact the US company sends an old fashioned cheque.

Looks like there has been some reinvestment of dividends here Today was the day it settles for most of us and I may top up sub 120 on a quiet day.

Finally somebody from AJBell has explained. They received a cheque on June 26th, banked it on June 29th and are now waiting for it to clear. They expect to have the money in my account by Friday July 3rd or at latest Monday July 6th. Dreadful service I must say!

Thanks fozzie. I hold a/c's with both AJB & HL so I'll switch it over to one of them.

Wednesday6 - yeah, believe you would.

This may have been asked before but if i transfer my spsy shares that are currently held in my isa to AJ Bell do i still need to fill out the W8 ben form to stop the full 30% tax being deducted or do they do that automatically for you?
Thanks in advance

My wife's Sipp had the dividend correctly credited last Friday Shakey.

Edit - And that's a HL Sipp

II have mercifully only deducted the 15% tax as they should have. Still waiting for HL to pay the dividend out. Last time however HL didn't deduct anything as I hold SPSY in my SIPP with them, although who knows how long I'll have to wait and what the government will do with my SIPP holdings by the time I end up retiring (I am 32). This is why all that is in there is money employers have paid in to my pension (non-contributory employer pension schemes).

None whatsoever WirralOwl. I opened an Isa with AJBell and asked them to perform a partial transfer, ie one stock, SPSY from my Iweb account. Very straightforward indeed.

Can confirm that iweb have deducted the full 30% from my dividend, and that despite the holding being within my ISA and a W8-Ben being completed last July.

fozzie (or anyone else who also moved their holding), did you have any issues with a partial transfer to your new broker? TIA.
