Hate to say it but this is so far below the radar that it probably needs one or two of the tip sheets/tipsters (e.g. Simon Thompson in Investors Chronicle, Growth Company Investor, Naked Trader) to start showing an interest to bring it to a wider audience. Then there might be more of a chance of a more sensible multiple being applied to the shares. AIMHO

Totally agree With profits ,dividends and cash increasing every year ,a number of beats to expectations and a plethora of game changing opps this is definitely under the radar Any one who has met or spoken to Nabil realises that he is the most brilliant scientist with commercial noose.I've never doubted from the moment I first invested that Nabil would be CEO of a 250m mkt cap company That's 550p (don't bid me 500p!!)

Very thinly traded and totally under the radar Nic, like you I am amazed that peeps are not buying here just on the known potential revenue streams. The forward guidance is compelling as well. Less than 50,000 shares traded this week! I have held like you a long time and am happy to play the long hand here but just cannot get my head round how underbought this is. Only other share I know like this is AAZ.

I'm v patient !! I'm being paid 5.5 pct to hold this No other company I would prefer to have such a large position in BUT apart from the "use of cash" fear I'm shocked we aren't trading above 200pIt will come and probably by year end but I'm astounded

First time we haven't fallen after rising on a beat Why ?Mainly because for the first time we have an upgrade for next year as well and it's substantial A trubrand rns ,an aeris machine sell or a Fed contract -all of which are likely -and this is 200p Close has taken out 4,6m shares from the market No loose sellers ..this is like a coil ready to unwind

If i had no position in Spectra I would be an aggressive buyer today as it ticks all the right boxes and we have more opportunities to rerate then we have ever had since our inception.

The company told us earlier in the year that they were looking at other areas where they felt their specific skill set might be applicable so it was good to read the following today 'Over the past four months, the Company has continued to explore possibilities of diversifying the business beyond authentication in areas where we can support this initiative with our world class core competencies in optics, engineering, physics and chemistry. We have identified certain intellectual property owned by another company, obtained academic feedback from Harvard University on this technology, and are now in the process of having the issued patents valued through an independent third party which has expertise in this area. The current candidate technology has applications to biotech assays, point of care testing and metrology. We expect to have made a decision on this specific technology by the end of H2' That will be very interesting!

Totally agree I'mExpecting a disproportionate rise on any news as this is under the radar Reminds me of a company i started investing in in 1996 called dwha at 60p It had most of its rise over one year from 2 pounds to 4 pounds as the market finally latched onSameWith fedex,just need patience as you will get the rise which it deserves With cash and growingProfits and dividends as well as all the rerate Oppss this is a stonking buy

Could not agree more Nic, the outlook to 2025 and the new opportunities hinted at in phosphor, aeris et al are extremely encouraging. As usual a fairly muted reaction, it was a detailed rns and plenty to look through but hopefully peeps will run the rule over this in the coming days, a great start to the week.

Yes I thought it was a 7c divi and 2c special Maybe it was only a 1c special but either way with this cash generation the divi will be at least 9xWe shouldn't be yielding over 5pct so I expect us now to climb to 170p (as we have underperformed market ) in anticipation of Fed orders ,aeris orders ,another potential beat ,Apple order of sellophane,conclusion of Chinese tobacco order plus plus Surely most tech companies would love to buy us at 250p or 100m mkt cap ..Nabil's genius/nous is worth 50pct of that in itself What's there not to like ?If I didn't own shares here I would be buying aggressively ..still my fave

That note also states that they expect the FY2020 dividend - declared next year to be 9c not the 7c that today's RNS suggests.

There is a new note out from WHI upgrading FY20 and FY21 pre- tax profits by 17% and 16%, respectively.

Another great rns from Nabil and the board. Lots to read through, I like the comments re new phosphor and aeris also that we are looking out to 2025 with opps. Significantly ahead on revs and profits again. Think they are saying that special div likely to be similar to last year at around 7c. I hope the market starts to digest just what a great company this is.
