Thanks for the kind thoughts folks. The funeral was last week having been delayed to allow a nephew to get home from a work trip to Alaska. Ann's ashes have been scattered in a rural woodland setting with views of Poole Harbour.

Oilie is a slightly disparaging term for oil AND gas companies. So many examples of oilie minnows getting squeezed. I mean who in their right mind would allow Sound to make mega bucks when they were teetering on the brink. But seems like theyve survived. And the pre-conditions might be problematical.

Marco is a non issue now I think. If you check that last annual accounts he only had less than 1.8m shares left. Tbh I've had 2-3x this at least over the years, so if he was selling, he isn't now. Someone else is though. Another big II perhaps?

Not sure I have any humble pie telbap. Did you read RNS? Seen the sp? Lots of detail missing isn't there, no idea what the core metrics of the loan deal are, so how can anyone say if it's any good or not??? What am I missing? You don't know what the interest rates on the loan is for example, so how do you know the impact on the DCF and resulting impact on sp?

Well I think an entire cake of humble pie for B33661?I don't understand why the share price is not flying right now, this is effectively the last hurdle. I guess Mr. Market wants their cherry on top too and will shake us down to try to get it. I do hope so and I will be buying into any silly tree shakes that may/may not appear

Oh dear. Why need a banking specialist if the current bank Phase 2 funding negotiations are going well? Another body that needs paying for and yet more silence about the Attijariwafa funding. Join the dots, every month of delay means any cash flow is simply pushed further out. 7yrs and counting, with a seller smacking the share price day after day. More this week I suspect. That snake Marco had insider info about the issues with Attijariwafa and in his previously similar way, ducks out of red flagging the sales by SOU issuing an RNS, resigns and tries to do it on the quiet.
