What you'll realise with time is Graham isn't much different to other AIM CEOs. He's all about keeping the company funded, which it currently isn't. He hoped / tried to get a price rally in which to raise further funding with minimal dilution. As it turns out it's not worked!!

You must be new to SOU. Over the last 11-12yrs they've done this many times. PIs get hyped up ahead of an investor event only to be disappointed. It's a third party (bank) controlling the process and deadline. There's no volume going through the share trading. There's zero way they've coordinated it for tomorrow. I'd give it less than 5% chance. And more importantly your message was very misleading. You might be hoping for news tomorrow in or before the meeting. I'm telling you it's my experience and the undeniable fact that 95% chance this just isn't happening.

Funding exclusivity deadline past now? Anyone know? I fully agree, funding came through share price rallies to 3-4p quickly, but if it doesn't I think this drops to 0.5p max as they're out of cash now.

History repeating itself here and Sarah Dees is a common theme. Over promise under deliver. This company never ever learn. More can kicking bs tomorrow, so thankful I'm not planning on going, just usual bs heard for years here. Mkt won't react well to these deadlines missed again and continued bllx from this lot. I had hoped Graham was different, but perhaps Morocco has to take a sizeable amt of blame here. Think this company is going bust.

Looks like the investor event is another damp squib by Sound. Shooting self in foot doesn't get close. This funding Phase 2 is now 3-4yrs in the making and excuses for delays are so 2019!!

Waiting for some volume to see if the risen yesterday had any real context. The lack of volume int he first half hour tells me there is none. Must have been a leak somewhere which has not materialised in reality. I would be very surprised, should it be in any form of sounds control, if we don't see some news before the upcoming stakeholders event in the 13th. Only 7 days left, Sound have one week to get the bank's compliance department into gear and get this finance signed off, I am estimating an initial 5/7p then pull back, then onto 10p as my target. We can all dream!
