Oh dear. Why need a banking specialist if the current bank Phase 2 funding negotiations are going well? Another body that needs paying for and yet more silence about the Attijariwafa funding. Join the dots, every month of delay means any cash flow is simply pushed further out. 7yrs and counting, with a seller smacking the share price day after day. More this week I suspect. That snake Marco had insider info about the issues with Attijariwafa and in his previously similar way, ducks out of red flagging the sales by SOU issuing an RNS, resigns and tries to do it on the quiet.

The share price is factual. Is that good enough for you? No buying sentiment at all, says all you should need to know about how enough see this. It's taken now 6-7yrs from the first meaningful Tendrara drill success, 7yrs. And the company is likely 12-18 months away from any minuscule phase 1 revenue and 3-4yrs min (assuming everything goes well to plan) from phase 2 revenue. That's hot air. The share price says it all.

This share is trading odd right now. A persistent and size seller. Inevitably someone in the know, just take a look at the share register, you'll see! A large sell order being worked into zero buying, could we be back at 1p again soon?

Can you show me where you get the 20m from? Per the company statement it's 2.5m usd or c.2m gbp, not 20m. Can you share source, otherwise I'd suggest you're talking rubbish.

I think the funding of the 200m was possibly linked to him leaving the company. Hence the bank stalling the sign off. It's clear that this is going to happen, hedge funds/investment houses don't throw 4m unsecured into an explorer without doing its DD, and with the greatest respect we would not be privy to that info and we certainly don't have the same savvy these people have either. I was the guy sitting at the back with the bright orange polo shirt. I also spent more than one hour in the bar upstairs talking with other PIs and Graham. The share price action is classic tree shakes g and you are probably right, the last of Marcos shares being sold.

Marco - for those that have been here long enough, you'll recall how previous directors and connected parties (to Marco) were able to sell under the radar without necessary red flag RNSs by resigning and therefore ceasing to be a related or connected party. I suspect this could be behind both the regular constant selling but also Marcos resignation recently. I'm wondering if he's had a sniff of the likely outcome of the funding negotiations with the bank and realised how long term and short term bad that would be for the sp? Just good for thought.....

Telbap, I was there, were you? I was sitting towards the front. There was an older chap on the front left against the wall asking a number of questions in the Q&A, and another younger chap towards the back who got a slightly less than robust answer from GL when asked about the shareholder dilution coming from recent proposed funding. Does that answer your question? Anyway, we're not fully funded, GL alluded to that in the answers he gave, there are continued material inflation risks. I matters not what I think or write on here, the continued relatively small selling into a void of buying says all you need to know about how this latest deal is perceived. The company has given away the family silver and I suspect the bank funding for Phase 2 is likely to force us to give away the house keys, windows and family China set too.

B33661.Did you attend the last AGM? Have you actually met in person the management team that you have no confidence in?I would hazard a guess that no is the reply to both those questions.The company is fully funded now and has all needed funding tied up waiting for the lead bank to sign off on the $200m phase to funding. Using this BB to continually berate the management / company is not what it's here for. If you view point is negative, tell us, then let others make the counter point if it's required, or not if you are just venting. Keep your cool and time will deliver gas and revenue

If you're a phycologist by trade I'd be worried as you've got me wrong. I take no pleasure in what you suggest. The share price isn't influenced by anything I say or do, I'm merely here to test my view on this company, nothing more. I'd be happy to learn from other valid views, that's it.

Haha, what that phrase means in this context I have no idea. You seem to behave like this is a cult or something similar. If that's how you treat your investments in pretty certain you're the reason why people who aren't financially & economically illiterate make money in these markets, taking it off people like you. The facts have materially changed here recently, so has the likely outcome and upside, if you can't understand or even see that, you'd perhaps be best going back to school and listening to a few more lessons. Like I've said a few times, pick apart my posts earlier, show me what I have missed, that's how to stop looking like such a tool.
