I bought these at 480 ages ago, wished I'd sold, then couldn't bring myself to make a loss. Does it look like they could pass that 480 again does anyone think?

Could a possible takeover offer be coming? Just my opinion.

Currently looking like it might make light work of cutting through the 400s. Can't even buy 10 shares online at the moment.

Edit - Offer ticked up as I was typing and some stock now available @ 424p

Spe management have a history of under promising and over delivering. The last RNSNON was significant in my view. The latest Accolade upgrades have opened up further opportunities and clearly we have moved on significantly from innovation management and product to market acceleration. Bodes well methinks

Interesting RNS non this morning. Tip of the iceberg showing at the moment. Still seriously undervalued and I expect share price will start to move closer to broker valuations this year.

Which is baked into the CY EV/sales 1.5x multiple, but not Elsa's PER of 10 given higher H2 costs. Likewise Chadders - Good luck to all

And the board are expecting accelerating growth.

Elsa - remember the Board have already said costs are set to rise in H2 (& beyond) in line with greater sales/tech investment.

Net assets of around £4 million.
Market cap assuming dilution via conversion around £34 million.
Profit post tax in 1st half around £1.475 million (That is assuming conversion of shares and therefore adding back the finance cost of these convertibles). Grossed up = £2.95 million for the full year. Therefore trades on approx 10 times post tax earnings.

Agreed chadders. In terms of valuation, if one assumes full dilution and strips out the cash pile, then the stock trades on around a 1.5x CY EV/sales, which certainly isn't expensive given the magnitude of the opportunity

Fair play. Growing, leading tech companies valued at 2 times cash don't come by very often and describing this as throwing the dice when it is fundamentally undervalued is a bit skewed.

Very happy to miss the boat on this one. Dual class stock structures, where ordinary shareholders are pushed further down corporate structure and have less upside, are just not my cup of tea.

But can totally understand others are far happier to throw the dice.

I will add brokers are aware of the loan notes yet continue to reiterate targets of £6.20 and above.
