Jason Ward's 8 mins presentation at June's New York Mining 121 $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #ecuador

He thinks they will win the court case. As much chance as winning as "...Asange moving back to the Ecuador Embassy".

"...Social licence is what we do best" and "full support of the local community"

26.75p today, my target hit, this price should be support/resistance, but I don't know how much lower this can go, tho 22 looks likely short term.

Saw this presentation from Bezant mining as a "how to" block cave. Very informative for those who are interested:

BHP Can still buy if they want on the pen market to the level of newcrest, which off the top of my head is about 20million, or there abouts without checking.

MikeI recall when BHP bought their stake in SOLG, they were sold on the basis they cannot accumulate more than 14 ‰ ish of solg, unless it was approved my BoD by SOLG.So they cannot increase their percentage ownership unless its a Full takeover bid, which is a different transaction completely. This is mention in the rns at the time.

lol It's in the hands of the CC, what possible foul moves do you think are afoot ?

Which is kind of where my comment was leading. If I was a conspiracy theorist I might even think foul moves are afoot.

Why would they take anymore shares, with all this going on, get real, if this goes against solgold, they could buy them at 3p in a couple of weeks time.

I would have expected one of the big buys like BHP/RIO to have made a move by now. I know BHP have taken a stake, but that's peanuts to them.

The fact that they haven't suggests they are unsure, either of the potential which seems very unlikely given the grades, etc, or the politics.

There are no values if you cannot mine legitimately.

I noticed the write up in investors chronicle, they believe this is a good buy opportunity at this level given any move lower will start to make Solg look cheap for a takeover target. Depends on your risk appetite, still not for me at this level, any move near 20p I will might take a bite

I know you did . But it will not happen if SOLG win the CC .

Or better gap bit filled and the SOLG wins the CC.

I always had concerns over that gap at 21/22p

I think the shorts closed in the last 2 days and the share price will now drop daily as pi,s fear of a massive drop to 15p or there abouts if the CCgoes against them.

So that being said probably 22 or 23p Would be a góod risk/reward purchase .

Not that i think it will get to 22/23 probably 24 .

Mam Fach, It will bounce hard if and when there is a positive outcome to this court case. Until then all the good news in the world re drilling and more discovery will struggle to move the share price north I’m afraid.

That said, if the outcome is in Solgs favour good news now should only add further momentum to the inevitable bounce as folk scramble to get back in.

All out of our hands.
The bigger finds are the lower the price goes.
No logic to it at all.
How many more rabbits need to be pulled out of the hat
before we reach credibility?
In the past all these RNS's would have easily doubled share price.

Apart from a negative decision this month, the next worse outcome will be a deferral as even more doubts will creep in along with a no end date feeling.

Even though I'm cash now I sincerely hope for holders it's an emphatic decision in favour of mining by end of June.
